It was the best hotel stay I have ever enjoyed. And I have visited many hotels around the world. The level of service is unmatched. All staff are attentive and friendly. The facilities are in excellent condition and well maintained. The location is exceptional.

Speechless

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

The hotel is located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River facing one of the city's largest and most beautiful shopping malls, accessible by the hotel's private boat. Our room, located on the top floors, overlooked the river. The decor was exceptional and the bathroom was spacious. The quality of the bedding was perfect. Breakfast, enjoyed on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, would take a long time to describe, as the service and quality of the food were perfect. The service, courtesy, and attentiveness of the staff were exceptional. We can't wait to return.

A hotel to remember

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

This property is so unique that I’ll always remember it. A charming hotel full of history, old school service but in a great way. The service was impeccable and I’ll like to congratulate the lady in charge of the concierge. She was so diligent, attentive and accurate in her recommendations. She took very good care about us. Don’t miss the Bamboo Bar with great live music, singer and piano man.

A Masterpiece of Hospitality

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Every moment of the experience felt like it was meticulously crafted by the hands of a true traditional artisan. From the warm welcome to the smallest details in the service, there was a fine touch that spoke of deep pride and care. Each encounter felt thoughtfully curated—never rushed, always graceful. It wasn’t just hospitality; it was a form of craftsmanship. A rare kind of excellence that made every interaction genuinely delightful and every memory linger long after we left.

Worst ever Mandarin Hotel and unprofessional attitude from the Pornsawan the duty manager also the breakfast hosts

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Worst ever Mandarin as I regret choosing it and paid lots of money to ignored or mistreated by such people like Pornsawan and the buffet hosts Not to forget to mention the room I stayed in was outdated and the shower water goes out. To conclude I should have chosen somewhere else.
