Superb stay at the MO. Had a wonderful river view room which was very comfortable. Thanks much to the concierge staff for arranging a lovely boat trip through the canals. Airport transportation service was great.

We’ve just spent 3 days in Mandarin Oriental during our stay to Bangkok. Beginning with pros; the Room was spacious and clean, and the staff was very friendly and caring. Location of the hotel is great. It is located by the river, opposite the ICONSIAM Gallery, from which you can access the whole Bangkok by the ferries. Additionally, the Hotel provides a complimentary boat transfer to the other side of the river (more specifically, to the Mall) every 30 minutes. Even when we need a transfer after the operating hours of the boat, concierge arranged one for us. The aspect that disappointed us the most was the food and its quality. The breakfast buffet felt like in ordinary 4-star hotel. That being said: regular English breakfast, some Thai dishes, small variety of vegetables. A’la carte food during lunch and evening in Verandah (main restaurant) also tasted very ordinary, once again, not suitable for a resort this standard. Most importantly, every one of us had a constant stomach ache and felt a sense of heaviness during the stay (we ate only at the hotel). We understand that traveling to the other side of the world may cause such digestive problems, but not in a hotel this of standard or in this scale. Most notably, when we’ve changed our accommodation and moved to Koh Samui island, the problem ceased almost immediately.

It was a fantastic experience- We expected a lot and it came as expected. The MOBKK is the place to stay in Bangkok!

Amazing long staycation for 4 days 3 nights at MO BKK. I really enjoyed the pool with the pool amenities such as ice-cream at 16.00 pm served by khun Leo. Khun Jeff from the pool always very attentive and take good care of us. He is the star! The morning Yoga by Kru Moo is also excellent class for all level. Our butler Khun Took and Khun Pui provide beyond expectation service i.e. cutting our favorite fruits, providing the perfect latex pillow. For Breakfast, I think the variety and menu rotation could be improved. For the seafood lover, the seafood is very limited. It would be great to add more variety of ham and selection of seafood menu esp on the alacart. However, the service at the breakfast alway high standart with sincere hospitality. Khun Rosarin smiled made our day. Overall, we really enjoy our stay and definately stay there again and again like our second home.

150 years old。 Celebrating with the joy of a 25 year old! When you first walk in, you think you might be in heaven because of the huge amount of white flowers, totally stunning on the eyes and so fragrant for the nose! The overall feeling, a MO one, is joy, and we are happy to see you. I asked for a wheelchair and there it was, now, ready for me to use. Check in was wonderful as the MO person came to me with her iPad and quickly checked us in. We were brought to our room which was big and beautiful and right on the river for great viewing.Room service hamburgers delicious and French Onion soup terrific. Breakfast great. There is a generosity of spirit whether you are with the pool guys at the lovely swimming pool where they happily bring you towel's. Ice water. And goggles if you need them, or the butler for your room making sure you get the elevator, to the Bamboo Bar (what a great bar!) where Steve one of the greeters when I asked could I have some oysters instead of the menu fare, said YES!, let me check on the price and I’ll bring six now and six later. What a way to enjoy the jazz show! The generosity of spirit! And they had two of the best Provincial Roses and the waiter said (it was not on the list) you can buy a glass or a bottle! Bravo! Standing Ovation Magnificent Mandarin for must see magic. Check out fast and efficient. This is a heavenly place - skilled and joyous staff and generous service, service. The Best? Yes.

I am writing to let you know that my stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok was outstanding. Everything went as well as or better than expected, and I wouldn't change anything about the experience.
