This hotel is the pinnacle of luxury, in a great location, and with amazing staff that truly go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for their guests! This stay was very special to me, as in addition to being my final stop on a southeast Asia trip, it would be my final stay needed to achieve Hyatt Globalist status. Prior to my stay, I had corresponded with Khun Chota W., the Assistant Front Office Manager, and he was incredibly gracious and hospitable! Thank you Khun Chota for going above and beyond to provide such a wonderful experience for me! I was upgraded to an absolutely stunning Deluxe Corner Room which was incredibly large, well appointed, and had stunning views! Throughout my stay, every staff member that I encountered were true professionals, clearly passionate about representing both the Hyatt brand and the Park Hyatt Bangkok in particular. Shout out to Ms. Mar who greeted me upon my arrival, and made me feel very welcome! I also very much enjoyed my experience at the bar. In addition to the stunning views, Khun Oh, the bartender took really great care of me, and in addition to a very engaging conversation, he provided a wide array of impressive beverages, and shared his vast knowledge and expertise with me! Additionally, I must thank Khun Sai, who was my server at breakfast, and in addition to the delicious food and beverages I enjoyed, she was incredibly attentive and provided wonderful service! I very much look forward to returning to this world class hotel when I return to Bangkok!

Park Hyatt Bangkok is the best Hyatt hotel I have ever stayed at! This place has become a home for me; everything is always perfect. The atmosphere and the staff make you feel special and important. The love and care are beyond comprehension! Thank you, Park Hyatt Bangkok, I will miss you!

We were recently blown away by an amazing stay at the Park Hyatt KL and I'm happy to write that the Park Hyatt Bangkok equally delivered. We loved our stay! The hotel's location is one of the best in Bangkok. It's located inside a modern architecturally stunning skyscraper that also houses one of Bangkok's best luxury mall's 'Central Embassy'. The elevators of the Park Hyatt can take you directly to the street, or the Central Embassy. The mall has 20+ restaurants, dozens of luxury stores and the best luxury cinema in Asia (called the ‘Embassy Diplomat Screens’, you get a luxury sofa-bed, we loved it). The exterior and interior design of the Park Hyatt's skyscraper is stunning. Staff and service were very courteous, always helpful and deeply impressive (Maria being a highlight). Our room was very nice, a good size with floor to ceiling windows and was spotless. The Park Hyatt Bangkok has a number of bars and restaurants. We ate at the 'Living Room' and very much enjoyed what we had (we ordered a mixture of thai and international dishes). The Ploenchit BTS skytrain is a 5-6 walk away (via covered walkway). The breakfast was superb, one of the best we have ever had – there are dozens of options (Asian and international) and the flavors and food quality are mouth watering.

From the moment we stepped out of the car and were greeted by the multiple bell hops, we knew this was going to be something special. Everything about the Park Hyatt Bangkok feels effortlessly luxurious yet genuinely warm – the perfect balance that only the very best hotels achieve. Our Deluxe King Room (18th floor) was nothing short of breathtaking. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed sweeping views over the Bangkok skyline and Lumphini Park, and the signature swirling marble walls, rich oak floors, and Thai silk accents created an atmosphere that was both modern and deeply rooted in local culture. The bed was extremely comfortable and were provided non-feather pillows for my wife, who is allergic.. The service throughout our three-night stay was flawless without ever feeling stuffy. Every staff member we encountered – from the concierge who secured us a last-minute car to the airport, to the housekeeping team who turned down our room with fresh fruit each evening – anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had.

I came to the Park Hyatt for a wedding and had the most amazing time. The money paid was well worth it - the complimentary breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had, and as a guest you also get access to all of the spa amenities. The rooms and common areas were gorgeous and they just think of every single detail. I would love to come back to this property again in the future.
