Park Hyatt Bangkok

A very enjoyable stay. The location is very convenient with a connected bridge to the BTS station. Food is good, especially the breakfast buffet. Staff is responsive and helpful.

Our second visit to Park Hyatt Bangkok did not disappoint. My husband and I stayed here earlier in the year and couldn’t wait to return, and once again this exceptional property exceeded expectations. The hotel has beautiful design, very comfortable rooms, and a genuinely warm, experienced staff. On our previous visit we stayed in a King Deluxe room, which we loved. This time, we used a Suite Upgrade Award and were placed in a standard suite, which was perfect for a longer stay. The experience is excellent from the moment you arrive. The valet team is outstanding and even negotiates with taxi drivers on your behalf without being asked. Reception is professional and welcoming, with appropriate Globalist recognition, and many staff members bring a great sense of humor that adds to the warmth of the stay. Housekeeping was meticulous, and our suite was always spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight. Cha Cha was an absolute delight, her energy infectious and a wonderful way to start the day even while jet lagged. We looked forward to seeing her every morning. Alex, the manager, kept a close eye on everything to ensure a seamless experience. Rose and the rest of the team took excellent care of us throughout our stay, whether at breakfast, stopping by for lunch, or enjoying drinks. Pool staff were equally attentive and often surprised us with thoughtful treats. The location is extremely convenient, with direct bridges to the BTS Skytrain and the added benefit of being connected to a luxury shopping mall with excellent dining options. We could stay elsewhere in Bangkok and may eventually try other areas, but this is a truly special hotel and one we will gladly return to again and again.

One of the best rooms in Bangkok beautifully maintained, bathroom is excellent with Le Labo branded products and the breakfast is also one of the best available in town. Excellent customer service

The entire experience was awesome from rooms to staff , breakfast , in between snacks and coffee service during meeting breaks , food and service at penthouse grill , spa !! It was great experience!!

This hotel is the pinnacle of luxury, in a great location, and with amazing staff that truly go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for their guests! This stay was very special to me, as in addition to being my final stop on a southeast Asia trip, it would be my final stay needed to achieve Hyatt Globalist status. Prior to my stay, I had corresponded with Khun Chota W., the Assistant Front Office Manager, and he was incredibly gracious and hospitable! Thank you Khun Chota for going above and beyond to provide such a wonderful experience for me! I was upgraded to an absolutely stunning Deluxe Corner Room which was incredibly large, well appointed, and had stunning views! Throughout my stay, every staff member that I encountered were true professionals, clearly passionate about representing both the Hyatt brand and the Park Hyatt Bangkok in particular. Shout out to Ms. Mar who greeted me upon my arrival, and made me feel very welcome! I also very much enjoyed my experience at the bar. In addition to the stunning views, Khun Oh, the bartender took really great care of me, and in addition to a very engaging conversation, he provided a wide array of impressive beverages, and shared his vast knowledge and expertise with me! Additionally, I must thank Khun Sai, who was my server at breakfast, and in addition to the delicious food and beverages I enjoyed, she was incredibly attentive and provided wonderful service! I very much look forward to returning to this world class hotel when I return to Bangkok!
