Park Hyatt Bangkok

I usually stay at the Mandarin but for some reason fancied a change and was so pleased that I did. The hotel staff go wel beyond the call of duty. The concierge leant me his sky train card so I could get about, Mar checked me in beautifully, Mark the GM sorted out my sock brand for years to come as he took me shopping (a beautiful shopping centre is adjacent to the hotel), he is a top chap and Vanessa the director of Rooms was outstanding in so many ways. This hotel is modern, friendly, great value and well located but often you can have beautiful properties and miserable staff which is not a good combination, this hotel has a lot going for it and whilst the orientation internally takes a little getting used to (the curved walls I think create the problem) it stimulates the brain cells and so can only be a good thing. Let's hope they keep their staff as it would not be the same without them.

This the best hotel in Bangkok. I have stayed in a lot of different hotels, and this is by far the best. I have seen a lot of videos before we came to Bangkok but I think this should be the in the top 3 hotels in Bangkok.

My experience at this hotel was absolutely amazing and went far beyond what I expected. Everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained — the housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping the room spotless. I was also really impressed by their attention to detail and communication. Even when I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on, they kindly sent me an email to check if I needed anything. When I sent my clothes to the laundry, they made sure to update me about their condition and delivery status, which showed how much they care about their guests. I also appreciated that they kept me informed about any updates or changes in the hotel facilities. The service, professionalism, and genuine care made my stay feel truly special. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Stayed three nights for a long weekend getaway from Hong Kong and was thoroughly impressed by the team’s attention to detail. At check-in, Top and Bowie handled everything with warmth and professionalism. As a Globalist, I always appreciate suite upgrades when available, but what really matters is how the news is delivered when they’re not. Top explained the situation perfectly and still made sure I had one of the best available rooms. Later, Bowie went above and beyond by rechecking availability and securing a suite for my last two nights — even though I was already satisfied. She also shared a great local dinner recommendation, which turned out to be spot-on. Housekeeping deserves mention too — they noticed my laptop setup and thoughtfully added a mousepad. Small touches like that make a big difference. Park Hyatt Bangkok continues to set the bar for genuine, detail-oriented service.
