The hotel itself is sooo beautiful! The breakfast was the best breakfast was the best breakfast ever. On the other hand i felt the staff was very cocky. No welcome drink no room tour. Almost no information about the minibar and other ammenities. The staff barely spoke English. And both the rooftopbar and cocktailbar were closed during our stay. I enjoyed my stay but feel like for this amount of money the staff should be better trained. It killed the experience and i think there are better options.

Very good hotel indeed. Awesome breakfast with wide range of food available. Hotel ambience is relaxing. Pool area is very nice.

Tip Top Park Hyatt Quality
Park Hyatt done it again with a near flawless hotel, located next to a very handy luxury mall (try Eathai for great local food), in a beautiful modern building. Rooms are great with an awesome bath. Gym us first class, an iconic pool, delicious food for breakfast/room service and I had an amazing steak in the penthouse. Recommended for Bangkok!

I can highly recommend the Park Hyatt Bangkok as an exceptional hotel that provides hospitality at its very best from start to finish across all levels. Rooms are exceptionally well designed and the staff is kind, attentive and highly professional - and facilities from pool to gym and restaurants are superb. Definitely among the very top hotels globally.

2 Nights Deluxe Room I was aware there was a planned electrical test on the day I arrived but it was managed professionally and dutifully. The hotel aesthetics are well documented and made for an enjoyable time. Not flash or garish just beautiful. Grateful to Boost for her care and attention when checking me in. Wonderful room : clean, well-spaced and luxurious ( as expected ) In-room dining fell short of expectations : the mutton masala was okay but the naan was stodgy and like it was prepackaged and microwaved. The Basmati rice was sticky, yellow and short grain. No poppadoms or chutney. The Pool is very comfortable and great to relax. Entry via the restaurant which was strange.
