Park Hyatt Bangkok

We spent four wonderful nights at Park Hyatt and were impressed by every aspect of our stay. The team was incredibly accommodating and responded quickly to our request we made through the Hyatt app. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options each morning. We also thoroughly enjoyed the gym and wellness facilities. We found ourselves spending so much time relaxing in the hotel! The service throughout the property was warm and friendly, and the direct access to the mall was extremely convenient. Park Hyatt provided the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning on our next visit. Thank you!!

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my stay at Park Hyatt Bangkok in a Double Room from 8th June to 10th June. This experience truly made me realize how important a comfortable room is to a wonderful vacation. Every time I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was deeply impressed by the impeccable and attentive service. In particular, I would like to commend Bouns and Muk, who assisted me during check-in. Both of them provided incredibly thoughtful and hospitable service with warm smiles. They took the time to introduce the hotel's facilities in detail, including the dining options and the location of the swimming pool. They listened carefully to all my questions and answered them with great dedication, which deserves the highest praise. Furthermore, upon returning to the hotel after dining out in the evening, Beng at the ground floor entrance welcomed me with a friendly door-opening service and a warm greeting. As I reached the main lobby, Balloon also greeted me with a comforting and reassuring approach. Their interactions genuinely made me feel safe and gave me a heartwarming sense of coming home. The following morning, before heading out, I inquired about the possibility of a late check-out. Net took the initiative to assist and resolved the matter smoothly, for which I am very grateful. I would like to extend my special thanks to Bouns, Muk, Beng, Balloon, and Net for providing me with such a memorable, joyful, and comfortable holiday. Please convey my gratitude to them. Highly overpriced. Very inconvenient. Getting from entrance to room through 2 elevators is very cumbersome. Bad design. Totally confusing. Worst food and beverage experience ever. Food is not edible! No wonder the hotel is empty.
