Charming gem of a Bangkok hotel
I absolutely loved this hotel. This was the first place we stayed when arriving into Thailand and I wanted something specific. Somewhere clean, comfortable, a little bit luxurious but with some Thai charm rather than a hotel that could be anywhere in the world. I also wanted to be in a cultural part of town, near the palace, temples and river. I wanted all of this for a good price and this place hit thr nail on the head. The interior is beautiful, rooms so comfortable, clean and well furnished. Great pool to cool down after a hot city day and lovely bar/restaurant too. Staff were super friendly and helpful. This was the perfect place to rest and start out trip. Would definitely stay again if I was ever in Bangkok.

Very Nice Hotel with great view
The stay at this hotel was just great in every way. Very Clean and comfy. AC works good and the river view is also great. The personal is very friendly and caring. The offered services are good and priceworthy. We did a great Massage for one hour and it was great. The gym is big and clean. The restaurant is very good with a wide variety of foods. The Lokal food doesnt differ to much from the street prices, so its worth a try ! Also the waiters were very friendly. We had a good stay at the Restaurant in the evening. The waiter Ton served us very nicely .

Hotel all aspects exceptional Service exemplary Every nuisance catered for Ensure you book a room at least on floor 2 with a balcony and a view of the river Housekeeping was excellent Breakfast and dinner really good and great menu options Loved the pool Great spot for hop on hop off boat. You can use this to visit all the main attractions for just 150 bart a day Khao San Road just 10 minutes walk Special mention to New Mint and Hobby

An enjoyable place to stay
We had a warm welcome as we returned to Riva Surya. The room over looking the river was excellent and a very relaxing experience in the heart of this bustling city. Food is very good standard and staff are there to make you stay the best possible. The location couldn't really be much better with the river being a convenient way of getting about. Hopefully will return again
