Great hotel in Bangkok city center.
Nice hotel, great staff, great food, nice pool, next to the river, breakfast was nice. We had a great stay in Bangkok, and our stay @ Riva contributed to that.

Wonderful
Great location, beautiful hotel, amazing staff, food just brilliant ! There’s nothing not to like about this hotel everything is just wonderful about it. From checking in too checking out ! Room was lovely size, everything that you need, flip flops, dressing gown, toiletries. Breakfast was lovely, so much choice, We ate dinner there too, lobster roll and chicken wings, best ones I’ve eaten ! Drinks by the pool Evening views were amazing ! Highly recommend a stay here

Friendly staff. Rooms were average though. Pictures suggest much more room and finesse. Food is pretty bland. Breakfast also so-so.

Amazing hotel on the River
Amazing service. Everyone was so nice , helpful and always had smile. Especially Piaow at the front desk, she was so kind and welcoming. She made sure we were comfortable and was very patient when we were checking in. She also made sure to acknowledge me and other guests. She took the time to memorize our names and was so sweet. Food was amazing. I had a River view room and it was beautiful. Everything was so clean and room service was great.

Excellent Family Stay at Riva Surya
We had an amazing experience staying at Riva Surya as a family. Everything went smoothly from check-in until the day we left. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and located right by the river which made our mornings extra relaxing. Our room was comfortable and perfect for a family stay. The breakfast selection was great and the staff were always attentive and welcoming. A very special thank you to Piaow. She has been extremely helpful and kind since day one. She assisted us with everything we needed and made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We highly recommend Riva Surya to anyone traveling with family. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bangkok!
