Shangri-La Hotel Bangkok

Lovely hotel. Really liked my river view room on the top floor. Very relaxing hotel and nicely decorated. Nice breakfast buffet nor as big as the other properties I stayed out. Nice pool area 2 pools and gym. Enjoyed the Horizon floor. Fast internet, comfortable bed. Just wish they had a charger by the bed. Great water pressure. No complaints! Passion fruit sorbet for breakfast to die for!!!! Would recommend and return!

I would like to write a review for the concierge Tee want to mention the fact that he's been immensely helpful to us through our whole stay he was so wonderful he went all the way to the other parking garage to help my girlfriend bring her bags in and every time you had a problem he solved it he's amazing and I wish he was on my team because this guy is worth his weight in gold

Wifi internet is depressing. Every 10-20 minutes it kicks you out. I was doing some work and it got me disconnected frequently.

First time to Thailand, three nights in Bangkok to start… I am the type of person to create a spreadsheet, review and compare every hotel then cross check against trip advisor and google review, compare prices across all platforms… you get the idea… I could not fault the Shangri-La Bangkok.. it started with the airport pick up in a Mercedes, to being whisked straight to our room instead of check-in at the front counter.. stayed in a Shangri-la wing horizon executive river view suite on the top level 25.. had drinks and canapés in the horizon club each evening which was nice.. Breakfast can be had on the ground level cafe with a large array of options or Horizon club which was a bit meh with the breakfast options.. Great place to stay for your first time in Bangkok.. Book direct on their website as they have some good deals and use their app..

I like to thanks Mr. Tee at concierge he is very polite, very patient, give me good advice. I really enjoy his company. I really have a good time here and he is the best one among the other.
