We've been fortunate enough to stay at a number of luxury hotels over the years, including Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton Reserve. Even so, Siam Kempinski Bangkok still managed to surprise us in the best possible way. We stayed in a Duplex Cabana Pool Access Room, and it was perfect for our family with two young children. Being able to step straight from our room into the pool made such a difference, especially with little ones. The duplex layout also gave us plenty of space, and it is easily one of the best hotel rooms we've ever stayed in as a family. The location couldn't be better. Having direct access to Siam Paragon made everything so convenient. Travelling with children, we especially loved having Meland on the 5th floor just a few minutes away. It quickly became one of our children's favourite places, and being able to pop over whenever we wanted was a huge bonus. Another highlight was the Executive Lounge on the 17th floor. We visited every day and thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, the food and drinks were excellent throughout the day, and the lounge staff were always attentive, welcoming and genuinely friendly. It became one of our favourite parts of the stay. Breakfast was equally impressive, with an excellent selection and consistently high quality. The pools, gardens and every corner of the hotel were beautifully maintained. What impressed us most, however, was the service. Every member of staff we met was warm, professional and genuinely kind, but Mai at Reception deserves a very special mention. From the day we arrived, she always welcomed our family with the warmest smile. She took the time to chat with our children, remembered them whenever we passed through the lobby, and made both Heather and Jun feel so special. Her kindness never felt forced. It was genuine, thoughtful and heartfelt, and she played a huge part in making this trip so memorable for our family. We've stayed at many wonderful hotels, but this experience genuinely changed our perception of the Kempinski brand. Beautiful hotels can be found almost anywhere, but it's the people who make guests want to return. Siam Kempinski has managed to combine outstanding facilities with truly sincere hospitality, and that's something quite special. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've already booked our next visit for January 2027, and we genuinely can't wait to return. Thank you to Mai and the entire Siam Kempinski team for giving our family such wonderful memories. We look forward to seeing you all again very soon.

Amazing place, cleanliness and atmosphere are top notch. Staff were extremely helpful from the moment I made the booking to the moment I got back home.

We had one bedroom theme suite (with elephants) it was located on 12 floor that looks like jungle. Kids had bank bed and there was box with toys for our 2.5 year toddler. Plus some more gifts for kids that hotel provided. The room also had small equipped kitchen with stove. Top Service and everything was just great! Recommend you specially if you with kids! Mall with kids attractions and shops one min walk from your room:)

Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed! Spotless, super friendly staff, perfect location, great restaurants and entertainment. We were welcomed by Pin an extremely kind receptionist and our room was cleaned by two wonderful ladies twice a day! There is not enough to say for this hotel!
