Very nice service, grat food and even great wine at fair costs

Best location and in the best 3 hotels we have stayed in of all time (among the 50+ hotels so far). Value with the Executive Level access, free mini bar etc. Every single staff member, from the golf buggy drivers to the front desk are the most friendly and helpful and thank you to the amazing Takky in the Executive Lounge for looking after our family over the 4 days.

Our stay at the Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok was nothing short of exceptional, and without hesitation, we would return. We stayed in a two-bedroom family suite, which was truly remarkable — elegantly appointed, incredibly spacious, and perfectly suited to a luxury family stay. Every detail felt carefully considered, delivering both comfort and refinement in equal measure. From the moment of arrival, the experience was seamless and polished — the offering of chilled drinks and cooling towels was both thoughtful and perfectly timed in the Bangkok heat. The complimentary golf cart service is another standout feature, delivered with efficiency and warmth, making movement around the property and surrounding area effortless. What elevates this hotel to another level entirely is its people. The service throughout is impeccable — intuitive, gracious, and consistently genuine. A particularly special mention must go to Arm, one of the bellmen, who was truly exceptional. His warmth, attentiveness, and natural professionalism left a lasting impression on our entire family. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he consistently went above and beyond in a way that felt both sincere and effortless. It is rare to encounter service at this level — Arm is an absolute credit to the hotel and was, without question, one of the defining highlights of our stay. If there were one area that fell slightly short, it was the restaurant Alati, where the food did not quite reflect the otherwise outstanding standard of the hotel. That said, this was a minor note in an otherwise superb experience. We leave with wonderful memories and very much hope to return — and it is people like Arm who truly make a stay unforgettable.

We would especially like to commend Woong at the front desk for being so thoughtful, friendly, and wonderful with our children. His care and warmth made a real difference to our stay. Our stay at Siam Kempinski Bangkok was the most satisfying part of this trip. Although we have experienced several five-star and luxury hotels in Bangkok, this was the first time our whole family agreed that we would happily stay here again on our next visit. We stayed in the Duplex Cabana Room, and it exceeded our expectations. We had liked the Cabana Room before, but the duplex felt much more spacious and cozy. The upstairs bed was especially soft and comfortable, and the pool view from the room made the entire stay feel calm and relaxing. We also spent time by the pool after swimming, resting on the sunbed in the afternoon, which became one of the most memorable parts of the trip. This time, we also tried the sauna facilities for the first time, and they were excellent. Everything was clean and well prepared, with a warm bath, both steam and dry saunas, and private shower rooms. The whole space was quiet, well maintained, and deeply relaxing. Another major advantage was the hotel’s direct connection to Siam Paragon. Dining and shopping were extremely convenient, and we could take care of souvenirs and other necessities at Gourmet Market without having to go far. Above all, the service from the staff was truly impressive. I would especially like to thank Takky. She was not simply a kind staff member, but a true professional who showed genuine care for her guests. She also showed remarkable thoughtfulness by remembering even the smallest preferences and details. I was especially touched when she remembered how much I liked the Thai milk tea and kindly prepared it for me. Her words, “No problem” and “Of course,” were not just polite expressions, but were always followed by real and attentive service. If we return to Bangkok, we would choose this hotel again without hesitation. My sincere thanks to Takky and the entire team.
