Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

I made booking for my friend's family to stay as a Christmas gift. However during check in it seems the hotel staffs didn't see me as a guest because I was not the ones going to stay at the hotel. They ignore my presence during check in even I told them I was the one making the booking. This shows a lot of thing to me as a Thai person not the foreign customers. The room is very clean. Hotel facilities are impressive and abundant. Location is perfect behind Siam Paragon mall.

The location is perfect, close to so many convenient amenities and attractions, and easy to access if you’re doing tours. From the moment we were picked up at the airport in a private car to the day we were dropped off, everything was truly five star. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and since we often had early tours, the staff always prepared takeaway bags with cutlery and tissues so we could enjoy breakfast on the go. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and feels so comfortable and safe, like a home away from home. What really makes Kempinski special is the staff. Everywhere you go, they greet you warmly, no matter who you are or what you’re wearing. They’re kind, generous, and pay attention to every detail. Housekeeping made us feel so special with little touches, celebrations, balloons, extra toiletries, fresh flowers, and even a lovely room spray. At the pool, the team was amazing, free ice cream for the kids, cocktails for the adults, and they always seemed to know what we needed without us asking. Everything felt effortless, and the staff genuinely looked happy. The front desk and concierge were super helpful and never kept us waiting. If you need laundry done, ask about Wash Drop laundry company, it’s perfect for families and much more affordable than hotel rates. The buggy service to the big shopping malls was like a mini tour in itself, the drivers were so friendly and made sure we had a card and instructions for getting back to the hotel easily. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they truly love helping guests. The live harp music playing in the lobby is grand and beautiful makes you feel on a dream holiday. We love the kids club. Our 9yr and 5yr old never wanted to leave. There’s so much for them to do, from ball pits, video games, scheduled activities and the staff even ordered food for them when they were hungry. The teachers were amazing, playing and engaging with the kids so we felt completely comfortable leaving them there. Honestly, we felt guilty taking them out because they kept asking to stay longer, the kids club is incredible. A huge Thank you to Everyone at Kempinski Bangkok. You made our holiday unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back.

We stayed as a family of four at the Siam Kempinski over the Christmas period for 4 nights. The hotel is beautiful; it is big and takes a short while to get your bearings but it truly is an oasis within Bangkok. It connects directly to Siam Paragon Mall which is very helpful as you can reach the Siam BTS station easily without having to negotiate walking outside for long. The pool areas are calm and relaxing, with staff being attentive but not overbearing. The property is stunning but it is the staff that made our visit truly special. The attention to detail and for everything and helpfulness was impeccable. We would like to particularly bring attention to Chananan at the reception who helped us with queries and resolving issues quickly a number of times. Our younger daughter became ill with a stomach bug and the gentleman at the Concierge was very fast in contacting a call-out doctor. I unfortunately can't remember his name but he was working on the 24th December and ensured our daughter received medical help very quickly. I would also like to thank the housekeeping staff whom we had to call because my daughter vomited in the room on 24 December. They were fast, efficient and left the room completely spotless' they house-keeping was outstanding throughout, but whoever dealt with our room (room 224) should be applauded and get a raise. We are vegetarian, and the restaurant staff accommodated our requests a number of times with no fuss (e.g. making up delicious papaya salads). Visiting at Christmas was also lovely, with festive dances a great Santa Claus meet and greet too. We will certainly return !

I stayed at Siam Kempinski Hotel in November 2025, and everything about the experience was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the front desk ladies were incredibly attentive, warm, and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Our room was beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. I especially loved that you can choose the size of pillows you prefer—it’s a small detail that really shows how much they care about guest comfort. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning, and it was excellent. Tom was especially wonderful and always helped us with anything we needed. His service made our mornings even more enjoyable. Our 4.5-year-old absolutely loved the kids’ club. Jane, Ploy, Smile, and First took such great care of her and spent time playing with her every day. She enjoyed it so much that she even asked us to drop her off at the kids’ club so she could spend more time with the staff—that says everything! She also really enjoyed afternoon tea. She loved the snacks and was happy listening to the live harp performance by Miss Wang, which created such a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. The lady at the bar (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) was also very friendly and helpful, and made our experience even better. The hotel’s location is another huge plus—it’s directly connected to Siam Paragon, which makes everything incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with a child. Overall, it was a fantastic stay for both adults and kids. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely come back again.
