Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

We had a wonderful stay at Siam Kempinski Bangkok and really enjoyed everything about the hotel. A special thank you to Arm, the bellman, for his exceptional attention, kindness and courtesy. We had a short but very pleasant conversation with him, and he left such a warm impression. A genuinely kind and attentive person who made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

A beautiful hotel in an ideal location near excellent shopping and restaurants. The staff provided warm, thoughtful, and exceptional service throughout our stay. Special thanks to Charlemkiat and Chareena at the lounge for going above and beyond to recover our daughter’s sunglasses left in a Grab car, and to Arm, the bellman, for arranging our airport transfer seamlessly. The spa was fantastic, too. We had a memorable stay and will definitely return!

Hello perfect hotel!! We just got back from BKK family vacation and had a pleasure to stay at our family favorite hotel "Siam Kempinski". We had a split vacation, First part for 3 nights, 3 night in Phuket, and another 3 nights back at Kempinski. We are a family of 4 and our 2nd leg stayed, we were upgrade to a family suit instead of our 2 separate rooms booking. Kempinski generously upgraded us to a family suit. This is very thoughtful and really elevated our stay. Every night we were together instead of being separated and share all the fun things that we did in BKK about all the food and shopping that we did for that day.😁The room was clean (as always) with small kitchen and separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The room was spotless, quiet, and featured a wonderfully comfortable bed plus luxury bath products. Beside having such a wonderful stay, Kempinski staff from the moment you walked into the hotel lobby, you will always treated with a smile and staffs always readily to help with anything that you needed. Thank you to the bell/concierge for handling our luggages with such a great care and give us directions, car service, and fun ride on the buggy golf cart. Our family would also like to sent a special thank you to the host Ms Jayden"I think that's her name.." 8/24,8/25/26; at breakfast buffet. She was so lovely and very thoughtful of remembering our morning drinks, and our eggs preference 👏. There's just not enough stars and compliments that I can input for Kempinski staffs and hotel itself. Nothing short of spectacular to the entire wonderful staff. We will return again. The service here truly sets a gold standard for luxury hotels. 🙏🙏❤️🇹🇭

初めてのタイ。 アクセス、清潔感、バスタブがあること、部屋の広さ、プール、朝食等ホテル選びの条件は色々ありました。ここまでなら日系のホテルでも良かったのですが、決め手はキッズクラブとクラブラウンジへの子供のアクセスOKなこと、そして何と言っても早朝便での到着後部屋に入れるまでクラブラウンジに通してくれることでした。5歳子連れ旅なので、フライトの疲れを癒してくれる場所があることはとても重要でした。 そしてプロモーションで見たプールの素敵さもあり、サイアムケンピンスキーを選びました。部屋はラウンジアクセス付きのエグゼクティブバルコニールーム。5月に公式サイトから｢Stay Longer & Save｣プランで5泊予約しました。 ロビーは生花が豪華に飾ってあり、ハープの演奏をしている時もありました。週末の夜は歌とピアノと弦楽器の演奏も。サイアムパラゴンに直結しているので雨でも駅までアクセスしやすいし、ゴルフカートで近隣まで無料で連れていってくれるサービスもあります。 到着し朝手続きの際に、息子がスタッフに持っていたシマエナガ(鳥)のぬいぐるみを見せたところ、鳥の種類を聞いてくれたりフレンドリーな対応でした。予定通りクラブラウンジで朝食をとり街歩きに出掛ける際、ロビーで朝対応したスタッフが息子宛に手書きのカードを渡してくれました。そこには手描きのシマエナガの絵が描いてあり、大変感動しました。 オプショナルツアーを申し込んでいた日、朝食の時間が20分位しか取れなかったのですが、ホットミールのメニューを持ってきたスタッフに時間がないので今日は注文しないことを伝えると、飲み物をテイクアウト用カップに入れて持ち出せるようにしてくれました！ 他の日は、息子がクラブラウンジで食べたチキンナゲットが美味しかったとのことだったので、朝食会場の調理スタッフにあるか聞いたところ｢ない｣との回答でしたが、後からホールのスタッフが｢唐揚げならできる｣と提案してくださいました。 ロビーラウンジでは、夜の時間帯にいたワンショルダーの制服を完璧に着こなしているベテランそうなカッコいい女性スタッフの動きの良さに毎度見惚れてしまいました。私たちにも親切でした。 キッズクラブには3度お世話になりました。スタッフは2度目に行った時には顔を見るなり息子の名前を呼んでくれて、息子もすっかりキッズクラブの虜でした。 プールサイドのスタッフもフレンドリーで、適度に話しかけてくれ、ここのホテルのスタッフは皆コミュニケーションが上手で温かく感じました。心に余裕があるのかな。 サービス精神がゆえ?に、こちらの英語力不足もあり申し訳なかったことも。ウエルカムフルーツで果物数種類が部屋に置かれており、冷蔵庫にいれておいたのですが、そのうちドラゴンフルーツはナイフとフォークではうまく皮が剥けないと思い、ホテルに3人で食べたいので剥いて欲しいとお願いしたところうまく伝わらず、何度かホテルとのLINEやり取りした結果、冷蔵庫にあるドラゴンフルーツではなく新たに3個のドラゴンフルーツをカットして持ってきてくれました。さすがに大量でビックリしました。 部屋の備品類では、無料でエキストラベッド設置、バルコニーには洗濯物や水着などを干すための折り畳みの物干しがあり、洗面台には息子用に踏み台の用意があったり、行き届いていると思いました。枕のサービスもあり利用しましたが、夫婦で違う枕を依頼した結果、どれがどれなのかわからずでした。 滞在中目の痒みや鼻水の症状があったので、空調か布団類？かもしれません。 とはいえ、総じてホテルスタッフの対応がよく、設備面も(トイレに日本式のウォシュレットがないこと以外は)快適で、また泊まりたいと思いました。子連れには大変おすすめです。 Special thanks to Boom+Kathi @ Reception Smile,First,Aime,Fairy,Jane,New @ Kids Club
