I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok for making my stay such a wonderful and memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by genuine warmth, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. The attention to detail and the sincere desire to make every guest feel special are what truly set this hotel apart. I would especially like to recognize Pekki from the Front Desk, who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. She kindly arranged a fabulous room upgrade, personally escorted me to my beautiful room, and took the time to explain everything with such care and attention. Throughout my stay, she was always incredibly gracious, attentive, and ready to assist with anything I needed. I would also like to extend my special thanks to the Concierge team for their outstanding professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help. Their assistance and thoughtful service made my experience even more enjoyable. It is the people who make a luxury hotel truly exceptional, and the team at Siam Kempinski is a perfect example of this. My sincere thanks to everyone, and especially to Pekki and the Concierge team. Beautiful Hotel in best Location
Nice Rooms and even if there’s some in Bangkok who’s bigger the Quality of the Rooms interior is outstanding and the Rooms are very comfortable, The Service Level is very, very high and the Staff helpful and very friendly. Check in and out are very smooth without any Waiting Lines what is an extreme Minus Point in most US Hotel outlets like Sheraton or Marriott .

Best trip ever
Loved everything about the hotel. Location, service, room conditions! Pool side service was exceptional. Thanks to Gun, Sak , Armed, they were super attentive, we kept getting fresh iced water/ little drinks/ chips etc. It was our first trip to Bangkok and we will definitely come back to this hotel.
