A place you would love to keep coming back to. Your presence valued and pampered in every way. The breakfast is definitely a motivation to get you off the bed. If champagne is your drink for the day, then the hotel to stay is here. There are many great staff to comment. However I would love to compliment Settawut (Arm) for his attentive to the road situation during a heavily raining weather. Another is our House Keeper Tanatphon T. Thank you for doing such great work when turning down our room. Not only ensuring we were kept dry and cool, He stroke up conversations to make the traffic jam non existent, until we looked at the watch. Thank you for the effort. Would definitely look forward to my next stay here.

The food here is absolutely delicious, with friendly service and excellent recommendations from Khun Sutida. Khun Hanuram consistently checked in for feedback, making the experience even more personal. The ‘Smoky Harvest’ cocktail was exactly the flavor I’ve been searching for. A truly wonderful evening at Siam Kempinski.

When staff at a hotel checkout ask for suggestions for improvement, and you find yourself thinking long and hard…you know they have done extremely well in every way. The Siam Kempinski is truly in a league of its own. Location, Location, Location: This was my second time staying at the Siam Kempinski. I picked it because I had a really memorable first experience, and I like that the hotel is conveniently linked to Siam Paragon with its wonderful Gourmet Eats (with numerous restaurants and a food court), its impressive Gourmet Market (supermarket with dining spots), and its variety of shops. So you will have enough to do and will also be able to avoid the crazy traffic, heat, humidity, rain, whatever. Check-in: This was done by Panida and was warm, personal and welcoming. While the bellhop “Arm” handled my luggage, Panida chatted and recommended some places of interest while she walked me to my room and briefly showed me around. GHA Membership: My GHA Titanium status was recognised, and I was given a double room upgrade to a Premier room that had a balcony with a nice view of lush greenery surrounding the four outdoor free-form swimming pools. (That’s right. Four.) While breakfast was not complimentary, the spacious room had a comfy King bed; lots of welcome amenities, including sweet treats and an assortment of fruits; complimentary minibar (drinks and snacks); a nice bathroom with automated blinds, an audio system and Barcelona-based Natura Bissé toiletries, as well as a bath tub, a separate shower and a separate loo; a comfy sofa; a huge work desk; and even a wireless charging station. A nicely packaged microfiber cloth with a Thai motif was given at each turndown service too. The Restaurants: At the hotel, I enjoyed lunch at Alati. The fried calamari and prawn and lobster bisque were both lovely, and I really enjoyed my beef skewers done “Korean style”. I also spent considerable time with friends visiting me at the Lobby Lounge where there was live music. Along with complimentary nibbles, we enjoyed our cocktails, slices of delectable cakes and hot beverages. We actually chatted till the wee hours of the morning! The Outdoor Pools: The pools were of a good size. This was also one of the key reasons I picked this sprawling hotel again. I got to pick my own pool to swim, as most preferred just lounging around in the sun. Complimentary juice and chilled water were automatically served at the poolside by friendly staff, at regular intervals. The Kempinski Spa: This round, after experiencing the extremely dry climes in North America for a month, I really made time for the spa. Warangkana was most welcoming and helped me select and book the right spa treatments. Under the skillful and caring hands of Januwan/Peaw, I had a 30-minute body scrub, followed by a 60-minute massage and a 90-minute “Black Diamond” facial. (They use sheet masks from the exclusive Harley Street in London. Oooh.) It was such a relaxing experience. I felt really pampered. Siam Paragon: This time, I chose not to have club access or even breakfast (or afternoon tea) as I really wanted to try the restaurants and food court at Gourmet Eats, and also those within the Gourmet Market. It was fun trying the food stalls at the food court, but also “80 below” restaurant which had gorgeous seafood like oysters, lobsters and tiger prawns, as well as Japanese restaurants Aoi and The Grill Tokyo. Housekeeping: Kudos to Piyaporn, Namfon and Nikom. All of them kept my room spotless, and I enjoyed the little touches they did to the room which showed they really cared and did their job with pride. Checkout: The pretty lady-in-red at checkout (I believe she’s Jirapatsorn) had mesmerising eyes that shone with intelligence, coupled with a really sweet, gracious smile. She ensured my check-out experience was hassle-free, and even helped me use my D$. She was the one who asked me if there was any feedback for the hotel to improve. But it’s actually very hard to fault the Siam Kempinski. The bell-hop nicknamed “Arm” was also one of the best I have ever met throughout my travels over the decades. He showed initiative and seemed so genuine, inviting me to return soon (“Maybe for one month next time?” Hahaha!). And besides handling my luggage, he offered me a cute little bottle of chilled water and a wet wipe in a nice Kempinski paper bag, even as he looked out for my taxi and then ushered me to it. Outstanding service and hospitality: What can I say? After a long trip to North America with varying degrees of customer service, call me spoilt, but I absolutely missed this level of hospitality. It really made me grin from ear to ear. Kudos to the entire team at Siam Kempinski! Of course, highly recommended!

Siam Kempinski Hotel BKK is definitely deserved to be the best hotel in BKK! From the moment my family and I arrived, we were promptly greeted by the hotel staff with welcome drinks and cold tower. Check-in was smooth and the lady in red escorted my family and I to the rooms and explained hotels facilities along the way. She even personally brought my daughter welcome gifts! Thanks. We were so impressed with the grand lobby and the modern luxury feel of the hotel. The rooms are very well-appointed, clean, comfortable and well equipped with all the high quality amenities. The swimming pool is an oasis for my family to escape after coming back from the hectic BKK city. Housekeeping team has done a wonderful service! I can tell the team clean our rooms wholeheartedly! So detailed, so clean and so thoughtful. They even brought extra racks and helped us to hang our wet swimming suits! Everything in the rooms including the free minibar and snack were well-stocked and replenished promptly though out our stays. Breakfast at The Addition is probably the best breakfast my family and I had ever had! The breakfast is served in semi-buffet and ala carte style. My family and I enjoyed sampling different items from the menu, the service staff even offered us items from the previous menu. The taste and the quality of food is unparalleled compared with other 5 star hotels in BKK! Another highlight of the breakfast is the breakfast excellent service provided. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, attentive and always approach us to offer their help without us asking. My family and I really enjoyed our dining experience at the restaurant. During our stay, the hotel constantly keeping in touch with us to ensure my family and I enjoyed our stay. When we were checking out, the duty manager (Chanraem) even offered us some souvenirs to bring home and saw us off personally. Every staff we meet are genuinely friendly and attentive. The personal touch of the service provided is really unrivalled. Siam Kempinski Hotel BKK will definitely be my go to hotel whenever I visit BKK.
