best service ever!

service and all of things are perfect! All the staff at the Kempinski were very kind. When it started raining while I was at the pool, all the staff helped me move my belongings and sincerely kept checking on how I was doing. When I had a drink at the bar in the lobby, every staff members were extremely friendly, especially staff member Ratchaneegon who was so warm and fun to talk with—I really appreciated it. They say beautiful people also have beautiful hearts, and it’s true! I definitely want to come back again.

An excellent hotel

A great welcome greeting while check in, Mr Sup an excellent staff which assisted the check in . Room, clean, well maintained, perfect which I pick the pool access room. Staffs, all with friendly smile and ready to assist you whenever you needed for assistance Breakfast, many options to pick with good cook Location , within few minutes walking distance to Paragon and centre world, else there’s buggy to pickup at hotel lobby for assistance. Also to BTS/ MRT station. Pool was well maintained daily , which I observe cleaning in the day and night I don’t see anything needs to improve , everything we’re perfect ! If I have to recommend this hotel, my opinion is ‘ Beyond Excellent’ ! Holiday traveler with family, 4 night great stay in the hotel.

Hotel Ruined Sra Bua Visit

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Our excellent dinner at Sra Bua was marred by bad experiences with taxis to/from the hotel. The Kempinski unfortunately shares an access road with the Siam Paragon shopping centre, which makes traffic horrendous. On arrival, it took our taxi 20 minutes just to get from Rama I Road to the hotel, all of 300 metres. Then, there was some kind of convention or party in an event space near Sra Bua with an awful cacophony the whole evening that permeates into the restaurant. I honestly felt sorry for the then having to survive in this setting, which presumably happens regularly. Finally, on leaving the hotel, Grab wouldn't give the option to pick up from the lobby for some reason. So we asked multiple staff the best way to get to the alternative side exit the app was suggesting, and one member escorted us there, but both exits were chained and padlocked shut. In the end, my wife (on high heels) and I had to walk back towards the main lobby exit and all the way around the outside of the hotel to retrieve our taxi. The driver told us hotel security doesn't let taxis in on a nighttime, apparently. In hingsight, we're glad we didn't choose to base ourselves at this hotel in the end, given it was on our shortlist.
