Where should I start big shout out from front desk to ms tong harp artist to bar to garden ooh wow just this time very not happy with lady in red I wish next time they should be more attentive to what I e mail them in advance rest fab stay I just can’t get over with Siam kempenski it’s just wow wow wow

Very average for the price, it feels like a Hilton with a nicer room. The pool is filled with screaming kids that echo up to the rooms. Check-in experience is really average. Trying to get the internet to work is extremely frustrating and nothing like the instructions offered. Free mini bar is definitely the quality of free, they should offer a decent one where you pay, or stock the existing "free" one appropriately. The whole place just feels too busy for the staff available. I'd never come back because the service is average, but the rooms are nice.

During our stay at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok we felt cherished from the very first to the very last minute. It is an extraordinary beautiful place in a central, yet quiet location. The service was perfect in all aspects. The staff is very kind, caring and attentive. From reception to adoption we felt welcomed warmly. For the shopping experience there is a direct link to Siam Paragon and Siam Center nearby. The Pool Area with a Quiet Zone (Adults only) is remarkable! So is the Bar, where we were amazingly looked after by Phaewaree. The Airport Transfer from and to Suvarnabhumi is a must-have for a relaxed journey. Our many thanks to the representatives of Siam Kempinski, who helped us in every respects and with all the details during our departure. It was most wonderful! We come again with pleasure. This time, I booked my stay through the government travel campaign. Room type: Cabana Room – THB 19,500, inclusive of Club Benefits. Although the occupancy rate during my stay was very high, I must commend the team for maintaining outstanding service throughout. Special thanks to the Front Office team and Lady in Red, Ms. Lily (Supana), who took care of me attentively from start to finish. As a GHA Titanium member, the benefits I received this time far exceeded my expectations - [ ] Early check-in from 11:00 AM - [ ] Room upgrade by seven categories to a Duplex Cabana (Ms. Lily mentioned that normally the upgrade would be to an Executive Suite) - [ ] Welcome amenities of assorted sweets and fresh fruit - [ ] A personal gift from Ms. Lily, a 15th Anniversary Lady in Red scented candle and a vase of fresh roses - [ ] Late check-out until 1:00 PM (as the room had the next guest checking in afterwards) The Afternoon Tea and Evening Cocktail offerings were superb – delicious food and pastries, with premium-quality beverages. Breakfast at the Club Lounge was equally impressive, with special highlights including - [ ] Hint of Phuket – perfectly executed Hollandaise Sauce with flavorful crab meat - [ ] Lobster omelette - [ ] Perfectly balanced mango sticky rice The Club Lounge staff were outstanding – warm, polite, and attentive to every detail. Room & Facilities - [ ] The Duplex Cabana was stunning, with direct pool access - [ ] High-quality bedding for a truly restful sleep - [ ] Strong shower pressure, perfectly cool air-conditioning, and immaculate cleanliness - [ ] Turn-down service included a hot foot bath – a delightful touch - [ ] Premium amenities, complimentary minibar, and a travel gift set similar to what Business Class passengers receive As I was the very first guest under the government travel campaign, I encountered an issue with the mobile check-in process and had to check in again at 10:00 PM. The hotel generously offered an additional THB 500 hotel credit as a gesture of goodwill. Every time I stay at Siam Kempinski, it truly feels like coming home. From the exceptional service and generous member benefits to the quality of the food and accommodations. Everything is consistently perfect.

I was weighing whether to stay at the Kempinski Siam or the Kempinski Sindhorn, and I am so glad that I chose the former. We arrived at Suvarnabhumi airport around 4PM and headed straight to the hotel. We were stuck at traffic near to the hotel for around 45 minutes. My tip is for you to avoid morning or afternoon rush hour when you head to the hotel. Check in was smooth and easy as we were being assisted by their signature "Lady in Red". We booked two rooms for the 5 of us and we got upgraded to their 2 bedrooms suite. Always appreciate any upgrade rewarded by any hotels. The "Lady in Red" kindly escorted us to the room and explained briefly the functions of the room. The 2 bedroom suite came with ensuite kitchen and the necessary utensils, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dining table, a living room with sofa. It really was home away from home. One special mention was the metal foot bath basin with flower petals, salt and hot water jug. I was so impressed. I had never ever had this as a welcome amenity. Big kudos to the management. The room was incredibly spacious, the amenities in the room top tiered, all was exceptional. To be honest, it was really difficult to not stay in the room the whole time. But the allure of the Siam Paragon just across the road was equally difficult. Siam Paragon had the best food vendors Bangkok had to offer. You literally do not need to go anywhere to find Michelin starred food vendors. Most had their stalls at Siam Paragon. We purposely did not purchase breakfast as we preferred to try local establishment, but I was sure the breakfast was great. A special shoutout to the friendly and always smiley pool staff. We had a swim and ordered food shortly before huge rain. They helped us moving our stuffs, taking out umbrellas, making sure we were not wet (even though we just swam), and helping with our food and beverages to be moved to a shaded indoor seating area. Check out was quick and efficient. Overall an awesome stay, a memorable one and I am glad that I chose this over the other one.
