Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

This might be the fastest review I've written while I'm still staying at the hotel. I usually write reviews after I leave the hotel to have a complete experience, but here I am writing this and I'm sure that it's the best hotel I've stayed in and every day the team surprises me with something special. My stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, from the smallest worker to the oldest. The room was clean and tidy every day. The small details made a difference. They are a staff that cares about the smallest details and is concerned with the comfort of the guests. The breakfast is special and varied, and I would like to thank the breakfast team at Alati restaurant. They are very professional and care about the comfort of the customers.

Always the BEST SERVICE……the breakfast restaurant by the Rotunda always amaze me! Best food selection and very delicious too! Try the ROTI, YUMMMMMM! Their young coconut juice, so sweet! Restaurant personnel are AWESOME! I am not over-acting…..simply the BEST!

Platinum is a great restaurant, offering Mediterranean kitchen. All dishes from appetizers, main course to desserts were exquisite. Service was impeccable and the atmosphere was relaxed and classy.

The check-in was seamless, the service in the lounge and restaurants was impeccable, and even the complimentary shuttle service to the surrounding area made exploring Bangkok so easy and enjoyable. Every meal we had was absolutely delicious—each dish full of flavor and beautifully presented. The attention to detail, from the customized pillows to the luxurious down comforters, made us feel so pampered and cared for. The kindness of the staff touched our hearts, and leaving was honestly the hardest part. We can’t wait to come back!
