One of the best indicators of how good a hotel is lies in the "people experience". Siam Kempinski stands tall in Bangkok because of this. From the moment we step down from the car, tension from the long, traffic jam ride seeps away as we are greeted by concerned bell boys and concierge. This continues at the check in counter as they seem truly concerned about how we felt. Housekeeping were attentive to our needs and observant about our daily routines. Shout out to Pony Luck But our favourite interaction happened at the daily buffet breakfast at Niche. Staff Pit, Film, Tji,Ozl, Pom, Pom and Pinnie made sure we ate well, bringing daily specials and even a fruit platter our way. Thank you Siam Kempinski for the wonderful experience.

This might be the fastest review I've written while I'm still staying at the hotel. I usually write reviews after I leave the hotel to have a complete experience, but here I am writing this and I'm sure that it's the best hotel I've stayed in and every day the team surprises me with something special. My stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, from the smallest worker to the oldest. The room was clean and tidy every day. The small details made a difference. They are a staff that cares about the smallest details and is concerned with the comfort of the guests. The breakfast is special and varied, and I would like to thank the breakfast team at Alati restaurant. They are very professional and care about the comfort of the customers.
