Warm, attentive, and genuinely gracious, they make every guest feel comfortable and valued from the moment you step in. Their professionalism and charm add a personal touch that complements the sophisticated setting beautifully. Overall, an excellent spot with impeccable service – highly recommended.

Therapist k. Tada is really skillful and kind. I visited this spa several times. She is my favorite therapist in Bangkok:)

service and all of things are perfect! All the staff at the Kempinski were very kind. When it started raining while I was at the pool, all the staff helped me move my belongings and sincerely kept checking on how I was doing. When I had a drink at the bar in the lobby, every staff members were extremely friendly,especially staff member Ratchaneegon who was so warm and fun to talk with—I really appreciated it. They say beautiful people also have beautiful hearts, and it’s true! I definitely want to come back again.

A great welcome greeting while check in, Mr Sup an excellent staff which assisted the check in . Room, clean, well maintained, perfect which I pick the pool access room. Staffs, all with friendly smile and ready to assist you whenever you needed for assistance Breakfast, many options to pick with good cook Location , within few minutes walking distance to Paragon and centre world, else there’s buggy to pickup at hotel lobby for assistance. Also to BTS/ MRT station. Pool was well maintained daily , which I observe cleaning in the day and night I don’t see anything needs to improve , everything we’re perfect ! If I have to recommend this hotel, my opinion is ‘ Beyond Excellent’ ! Holiday traveler with family, 4 night great stay in the hotel.
