We had dinner at Alati today, and overall the experience was very good — the atmosphere and staff service were excellent. However, I would like to share one point for improvement regarding the food. We ordered pork, but unfortunately, it was not cooked well the first time. I tried to eat it but couldn’t, as undercooked pork is not suitable for guests. When I gave feedback to the staff, she handled the situation very well — she apologized immediately, took the dish back, and within 5 minutes returned with a properly cooked, delicious pork dish. I truly appreciated her professionalism and quick action. However, while she was taking the dish back, I noticed one of the chefs (a larger man) seemed visibly upset, almost angry, about the feedback. Since this is an open kitchen concept, guests can easily see the chefs’ reactions. His facial expressions felt unwelcoming and not in line with the spirit of hospitality. I believe chefs working in an open kitchen should show positivity, as guests want to enjoy not only the food but also the atmosphere. If someone feels unhappy working in that environment, it might be better for them to work in the back kitchen. Overall, our experience was great thanks to the excellent service, but this one issue with both the initial cooking and the chef’s attitude should be addressed to ensure all guests feel comfortable and welcomed.

The lobby bar is an absolute gem – stylish, welcoming, and the perfect place to unwind. The ambiance strikes a fine balance between elegant and relaxed, making it ideal for both casual conversations and business meetings. A special mention must go to Phaewarwee & Peeranan who elevate the entire experience. Warm, attentive, and genuinely gracious, they make every guest feel comfortable and valued from the moment you step in. Their professionalism and charm add a personal touch that complements the sophisticated setting beautifully. Overall, an excellent spot with impeccable service – highly recommended.

service and all of things are perfect! All the staff at the Kempinski were very kind. When it started raining while I was at the pool, all the staff helped me move my belongings and sincerely kept checking on how I was doing. When I had a drink at the bar in the lobby, every staff members were extremely friendly, especially staff member Ratchaneegon who was so warm and fun to talk with—I really appreciated it. They say beautiful people also have beautiful hearts, and it’s true! I definitely want to come back again.
