My wife and I have been repeated customers of this hotel over many years. Our last experience in 2024 was sadly not up to par. Hotel management reached out and reassured me that they would do their utmost to redeem themselves. Indeed they did! All 9 of us in the family, ranging from 14 years old to 87 years old, came for a quick two night stay. Given the size and age range of the group, we utilised heavily the concierge desk for assistance in restaurant bookings. We really appreciated their diligence and efficiency. Amongst us, we sampled almost everything the hotel has to offer, from room service, to the sumptuous breakfast buffet, executive lounge, gym, pool, spa/facial, buggy service to Central World…. Everything was exceptionally delivered with excellent service. So thank you Marlene and your team for restoring our confidence in Siam Kempinski. We will surely return soon!

The lobby bar is an absolute gem – stylish, welcoming, and the perfect place to unwind. The ambiance strikes a fine balance between elegant and relaxed, making it ideal for both casual conversations and business meetings. A special mention must go to Phaewarwee & Peeranan who elevate the entire experience. Warm, attentive, and genuinely gracious, they make every guest feel comfortable and valued from the moment you step in. Their professionalism and charm add a personal touch that complements the sophisticated setting beautifully. Overall, an excellent spot with impeccable service – highly recommended.

Therapist k. Tada is really skillful and kind. I visited this spa several times. She is my favorite therapist in Bangkok:)
