WORST HOTEL STAY OF OUR LIFE
Not sure what the hype is about this hotel. Worst F&B, overpriced, Aesthetics are great. The GM is typical German and very arrogant. Coffee is pretty good I must say, Spa services was good too, but I would rather stay at the Grand hyatt than here. Also pretty inconvenient to get to the BTS. Kimpton next door has a better vibe.

Exceptional Service at the Kempinski Spa
I would like to commend the Spa team for their outstanding service. Special thanks to the therapists Kate and Emmy for their excellent care, and to the receptionists Chor, Mew, and Kaew for their warm and professional welcome. They truly made my experience exceptional, and I look forward to returning to Kempinski.

Weekend getaway in Bangkok
The hotel rooms are excellent. Breakfast menu is great including vegetarian and Indian food options. Service is exemplary. Special mention for Chalita, Sai and Monticha. We also had a corporate meeting. The ball room is huge and could easily accommodate over 200 people. Gym is well equipped and is well maintained. Next to shopping belt and train station.

A Testament to Integrity: Complimenting Pamalee and Nvi
I have been coming to this hotel for the last 15 years every month for business. The service is impeccable and the decor of the hotel is amazing. However, I have never wrote any review as the good service is an expectation. I do pay a huge premium for this hotel. This time round, I want to compliment Pamalee and Nvi the two housekeeping staffs. I have forgotten my money clip with a whole stack of THB in the room as I headed out for meetings. I am pleasantly surprised to see the money clip and the money intact on my table. I am impressed by the integrity, thus the review today. Their integrity and professionalism truly impressed me, and it is only right that they receive recognition for their honesty. They deserve a big pat on the shoulder for upholding the highest standards of trust and service.
