Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

We enjoyed the dinner so muck. Sunny was so friendly and attentive. He makes remarkable experiences. We're definitely coming back!!! Superrrr

This was our fourth visit to this stunning hotel. The main reason for revisiting is our youngest son, who raves all year about the kids club. If you’ve ever experienced a kids club, what Siam Kempinski has achieved is on a different level with the very best of staff, supported by amazing facilities. The New Year’s Day party for kids was a highlight! We had a family suite which came with a kitchen area inc a dishwasher and washing machine. (Ps it would have been useful if detergent had been supplied for both machines)! We used room service, hotel cars, (amazing service as we’d a number of dinners and a wedding to attend), pool areas, hotel buggy and breakfast restaurants. Everything is brilliant. Housekeeping is on a par with the very best hotels in the world. The whole hotel has the most stunning aroma. My only gripe would be that our room with plenty of closet space didn’t have many shelves or drawers and two of the large wardrobes didn’t have any hangers (which were quickly provided when requested). More shelves would be a bonus as not every item needs to be hung. Overall, what stands out are the people who seem to genuinely care and anticipate every need. Truly a world class team. I gather they’ve changed management in recent months and we didn’t get to meet them on this visit but they’re clearly doing something right to maintain this level of consistent service. We hope to be back before long!

Be returning year on year for well over ten years . When you find a hotel as good as this why look anywhere else. The place looks just as fresh the first time I visited. The high standards of service and all food outlets remain the same and if anything have improved overtime . The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable and room service delivers on all fronts . This remains if not the best one of the best five star hotels in Bangkok offering great value and a welcoming service every time

We had an absolutely brilliant stay at Kempinski Siam Bangkok as a family of four. The family room was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for travelling with kids. Everything about this hotel felt luxurious yet very family-friendly. The staff were outstanding, always smiling, kind, and incredibly welcoming. The food was also excellent, especially at the Mediterranean/European restaurant, which was absolutely delicious. A special thank you to Somyos by the pool, who was amazing with the kids, and Somkid at breakfast, who kept everything running so smoothly each morning. We would highly recommend this brilliant hotel to any families, especially those wanting excellent access to a shopping mall right next door. We would happily return.

Breakfast at the Kempinski Hotel was truly impressive. The food and service were excellent, the drinks were of superb quality with a wide variety and beautifully presented. This time I was particularly impressed with the flowers and Christmas decorations, and especially the cake and the stunning sparkling wine. It was a wonderful birthday celebration. Special thanks to K. Sine and K.King, and K.Nulek for their warm and lovely, and to all the restaurant staff. Mr. Surasak and Mr. Srongsith for their excellent service, as well as the pool bar staff.
