Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

Personally, I’ve stayed few more hotels that are same range of prices and facilities. Kem is advantage in the sense of my great memory started here since 2011, I would want to celebrate my anniversaries here twice a year and I did it both times this year, probably coming back again in October. Thank you Ms. Sam ready in Red that accommodated during my stays!

From the moment I arrived, your staff (Mr Settawut Arm m demonstrated exceptional professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. The front desk team was welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Throughout my stay, every member of the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The housekeeping team Miss Sasimas and Miss Pao maintained the room impeccably, and I was especially impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail. What truly stood out was the genuine hospitality shown by your team. Their willingness to assist with every request made my stay both enjoyable and memorable. It is clear that your hotel places great emphasis on customer care and service excellence. Please extend my gratitude and compliments to all the staff members involved. This was one of our beat stays in any hotel, the staff are more than welcoming, helpful every time. The hotel is Muslim friendly, which is an extra point to the hotel. Location is amazing near the most important shopping malls in Bangkok. The hotel provides buggy service to the near malls which is another extra point. Overall choosing Siam Kempinski is the best decision taken ever.

From the moment we arrived, the service at Siam Kempinski was absolutely outstanding. They welcomed our children with a lovely gift bag each, and the live harp music playing in the lobby at certain hours added a truly magical atmosphere. We stayed in a family suite featuring two bedrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and a washing machine—it was fantastic! The kids were absolutely over the moon with the in-room drawing board, the dolls, and the special play 'balcony' built just for them. It kept them completely entertained and allowed us parents to truly relax. The kids' club was also exceptional, featuring a PlayStation, which gave us the peace of mind to enjoy some shopping at the adjacent malls knowing our children were in great hands. We would love to highly commend two staff members at the kids' club, First and Amie, who stood out for their wonderful and caring approach to the children. However, a few aspects could be improved. On our second day (out of a 4-night stay), we experienced a leak in our bedroom. While the staff kindly offered to move us to a different room, we ultimately declined as we had already unpacked all of our luggage. That being said, it was a bit disappointing that the hotel didn't find another way to compensate us for this issue, as their temporary solution was simply leaving towels on the floor. Additionally, we found that the shampoo, conditioner, and soap were provided in tiny bottles, reminiscent of a 3-star hotel. It was a bit inconvenient for a family, so we actually went to the mall's supermarket to buy our own full-sized products. Our main area for feedback, however, was the dining experience as a vegan family. We had notified the hotel well in advance, and they confirmed they would accommodate us. Upon arrival, we even met with the chef, who reassured us everything would be fine but didn't actually discuss any options with us. Unfortunately, the next morning there was virtually nothing suitable for us to eat at breakfast. While the buffet offered variety, including Indian dishes, heavy rice and spicy sauces are simply not what we want for breakfast. We were hoping for standard morning items like vegan croissants, pancakes, bread with vegan butter, or a tofu scramble. We had to order these as special requests, and only some were fulfilled. Even then, despite the chef's good intentions, the execution wasn't quite there. Additionally, we noticed that not all dishes at the buffet were clearly labeled with dietary or allergen information. For instance, one morning I had an eggplant dish that I thought was made with tahini, but after asking the chef, I found out it contained mayonnaise or another dairy ingredient. It would be very helpful if the food labeling was more consistent throughout the buffet. Importantly, we brought up all of these points during our check-out. The staff was very receptive, answering that they would take our feedback to heart and make a major effort to implement changes. While the suite and the kids' facilities made for a very pleasant stay, we truly hope they use this constructive criticism to improve their overall guest experience.
