We have been visiting this hotel every year, but this time was especially meaningful as we traveled with Wife 's parents and wife's siblings and baby. From before our arrival until the day we checked in, the team continuously followed up and made sure all of our requests were taken care of. MS PEKKY was particularly helpful, assisting us even late in the evening on the day of check-in and continuing to provide attentive support throughout our stay until check-out. Thanks to the exceptional service and attention to detail, our trip felt perfect from beginning to end. The care and professionalism shown by the team made our family vacation truly memorable. We sincerely appreciate everything that was done for us and look forward to seeing you again on our next visit. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wonderful place, well located and convenient. The rooms were well kept, the service by the cleaning team was Wonderful. The food was nice, breakfast from service to the food was amazing. The hotel offers golf carts for drop off and collection around central world, Siam discovery and Siam paragon. The pools are great. The hotel is interlinked to the mall Siam paragon.

A delightful afternoon at 1897 Lounge, Siam Kempinski Bangkok. Beautifully crafted afternoon tea, elegant surroundings, and impeccable hospitality made for a wonderful experience. I have stayed in many hotels in Thailand, but Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok is truly one of the most special and memorable experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything felt so warm, welcoming and comfortable — almost like coming back home. The hotel is beautiful, relaxing, extremely convenient, and every detail of the service is excellent. During the World Cup period, one of my favourite memories was watching the matches every night on the big screen in the lobby. The atmosphere was amazing and made my stay even more enjoyable. A very special thank you to Pang, Beer, Oppa and Perky. I saw them often during my stay and they were always so friendly, helpful and caring. Whenever I needed anything, even late at night when I felt hungry, they kindly helped me arrange food and always welcomed me with a smile. Their genuine hospitality really touched me and made me feel like I was staying with friends rather than just staying at a hotel. The location, the staff, the service and the whole experience were absolutely outstanding. From now on, every time I visit Thailand, Siam Kempinski Bangkok will definitely be my first choice and the hotel I want to return to. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so wonderful.
