Loved everything about the hotel. Location, service, room conditions! Pool side service was exceptional. Thanks to Gun, Sak , Armed, they were super attentive, we kept getting fresh iced water/ little drinks/ chips etc. It was our first trip to Bangkok and we will definitely come back to this hotel.

We recently stayed at the Siam Kempinski, booking a Duplex Cabana Pool Access room through Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts. The booking included Executive Lounge benefits and a complimentary minibar, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Check-in was quick and seamless. We were personally escorted to our room, and our luggage was delivered promptly. The room itself was beautifully appointed, absolutely spotless, and they even surprised us with a lovely "Happy Birthday" decoration on the bed. A huge thank you to Somporn from housekeeping, who did an amazing job cleaning our room daily and making sure it always looked fresh and tidy. Having direct pool access was a major highlight, and we loved spending time at the Rotunda for poolside drinks and dining. We also used the gym, which has a very clean, well-maintained setup with a great sauna, steam room, and spa available for use. For breakfast, we headed up to the 17th-floor Executive Lounge every day. They offer a fantastic spread with both a hot and cold buffet, plus made-to-order items. It was great having sparkling wine, juices, and sodas easily available. Checkout was quick and straightforward. Across the board, the staff were incredibly nice, accommodating, professional, and polite. We highly recommend this property and will absolutely book here again in the future!

What a fabulous place to stay in the Siam area. The hotel is clean and calm and the staff is exceptional. Our room was spotless. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were happy to see you every morning, more like friends than staff. The pool bar and food was delicious. The bar in the main building was a great place to unwind every evening after a hot day out. It rained one day and we just crossed the road and shopped and ate at Paragon. The fact that you didn’t have to get a ta in a busy city was a bonus. The hotel also arranged a tour on our behalf and we were fortunate enough to have a great guide who made it a perfect day out. The hotel is exceptional and I would not stay anywhere else.

The staff of Addition at Siam Kempinski Hotel are always smiling and attentive. They respond promptly to customer requests and provide appropriate service. The chef is highly skilled and prepares delicious meals for guests. In particular, the dish ‘fried crispy egg with crab meat’ is excellent; I suggest adding it to the breakfast menu. Many thanks for the staff (Mr Somekid, Ms Tatsanee, Chef Pikun, Chef Tanakorn & Chef Pisan)for their excellent service.
