Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

This time we dined at ALATi restaurant. The restaurant's ambiance is beautifully decorated, luxurious, and stylish, giving a warm and inviting feeling. As for the breakfast, I must say it was of "excellent quality." All the ingredients were top-notch, fresh, and premium. The food was presented with exquisite beauty and a refined, balanced flavor. It's clear the chef paid attention to every detail. It was the perfect breakfast to energize and soothe the soul. Starting the day with a delicious sparkling wine, sipped lightly alongside breakfast in the original Kempinski style, with a wide selection of other drinks available, was truly delightful. Excellent service, high-quality food, and a beautiful view of the pool and garden. It provides a wonderfully fulfilling start to the day. All the staff are welcoming, polite, and attentive. This is definitely one of my favorite breakfasts. Special thanks to K.Aom, K.Naddapron, K.Somyos, K.Jittra, and Chef.Job for the warm welcome every time I visit. Your thoughtfulness always makes me feel special and warmhearted.

We loved literally everything, all hotel facilities and the room are comfy and well- maintained. Staff made our stay nothing but exceptional, room cleaning, breakfasts, pool area service, reception staff, all of it was superb, fast and truly personalized 👌🏾 I most enjoyed that there’s a quiet zone at the pool and it was really serene there. Shoutout to the team and this amazing property, it’s definitely the best oasis spot in Bangkok. Till next time 🫶🏾

We had a wonderful family stay at Kempinski Siam Paragon, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and what truly made our experience exceptional was the genuine warmth and attentiveness of the staff. A special thank you to William at breakfast, who was always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He made every morning enjoyable with his excellent service and genuine care. We also really appreciated the team at the Executive Lounge on the 17th floor. They went above and beyond by arranging chicken nuggets for our baby, even though it wasn’t readily available. Their willingness to accommodate our request made dining so much easier for our family and showed how much they care about their guests. The pool staff were equally amazing. They were always quick to respond, providing floaters for our baby, fresh towels, and drinks with a smile. Their attentive service made our pool time relaxing and enjoyable. The housekeeping team also deserves special recognition. They thoughtfully provided extra pillows and bottled water whenever we needed them, surprised our baby with adorable animal-shaped towel creations, and kept the room fresh with room spray. These small but thoughtful touches made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team at Kempinski Siam Paragon for making our family vacation so memorable. Your exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made us feel right at home. We can’t wait to return on our next visit to Bangkok!

OMG - this hotel is one of the best if not the best hotel that we have stayed in. From the moment you are greeted as you enter the hotel you are made to feel most welcome. This feeling continues throughout your whole stay. At check in, Smita was absolutely fantastic in processing our stay and showing us our facilities. The rooms are spacious, and the attention to detail of the decor and finishes is second to none. Rooms are meticulously maintained. Breakfast and attending staff were phenomenal. The common areas were beautifully decorated and maintained and a pleasure to utilise. Annexed coffee/ drinks/restaurant were equally beautifully presented and delivered to the high stands of this hotel. Special mention to Jong for your patient attention to my special drink's request.
