The hotel truly feels like a resort in the middle of the city, yet it’s directly connected to a major shopping mall — incredibly convenient for both relaxation and quick outings. We’ve been here many times, but this stay we chose the two-bedroom themed suite, and it completely won the kids over. The children’s room is more than just bunk beds — it comes with a dedicated play area, toys, a drawing board, and even a game console ready to use. There’s also a beautifully designed Kempinski Kids Club drawstring bag filled with toys for them to take home, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything is themed consistently with the Kid’s Club, making the experience feel cohesive and special. The kids even have their own bathroom with child-friendly fixtures. The living area is spacious and practical, with a fully equipped kitchen suitable for real use. Upon arrival, the hotel also prepared chocolates and snacks for the kids — small details that really elevate the stay. The master bedroom is elegant and very comfortable, with a large bed, warm lighting, and a calm, luxurious feel. The bathroom is equally impressive — spacious, beautifully finished in marble, with double sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate rain shower, giving it a true five-star experience. One small note: this suite is located in the wing above the Kid’s Club, slightly tucked inside. Getting to the Club Lounge on the 17th floor requires either going down to the lobby and switching elevators, or walking across the building to another lift. It’s not difficult, just a bit of extra distance. That said, the Club Lounge is excellent — breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails are all included, and the quality is good enough to enjoy as full meals. Overall, it’s a luxurious, family-friendly stay with thoughtful details throughout. Perfect for families with young children who want both comfort and convenience in central Bangkok.

Unbelievable stay! Better than FS and like The Datai Langkawi in the city. We arrived and were greeted by the team and the GM Stefano a Swiss-Italian who’s so brilliant and kind to us on my wife’s 50th birthday. No wish is too small and their service is above that of FS (Four Seasons) The room was exceptional and more so is the anticipatory service such as the ice ready for th Pellgerino sparkling water I had left opened and the turndown service by Yupewee S for room 1451 was sos surprising with the rose petals and bath with rose petals and decor left for us. Nothing was left to chance. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We’ve stayed in Kempinski Bodrum before but the one here in BKK is ten times better.

Undoubtedly one of the best hotels in the city. Stunning building, incredible landscaping with the pool running throughout the whole courtyard. Amazing service from the attention to detail in the rooms from House Keeping, to the high service and atmosphere created at their many bars and restaurants.

We stayed at the one bedroom family suite, refused Discovery titanium upgrade to a deluxe suite, and just took the lounge access. Why would we? One, the pantry looked useful, and turned out great. It’s not a usual hotel pantry, it’s fully equipped like those you’d find in Residence Inn and the likes. With proper glasswares of course. Two, my kid hates dark colored bathrooms. The family suite’s bathroom might look sad in the floor plan but it is actually very spacious with luxe vibes. And bright colored. The pool area is very nice. It has a resort charm with tranquility. During our visit, it was never too crowded. Having breakfast outdoors is quite nice, even in mid March weather. Perhaps not when the summer goes full strength. The suite is super clean. But the stubborn AC, fridge sound, tub drain loudness, and some lighting fixtures occassional flicker fail to hide the hotel’s age. Not a dealbreaker though. I hope they are refitted in the near future. We’d love to stay at the hotel again at some point. The buggy service is very nice and goes to nearby malls, with some shortcuts that avoid traffic. Definitely better than riding tuk-tuk, and has a similar vibe!
