SO Sofitel Bangkok

If you love a hotel with a dramatic personality, SO/ Bangkok nails the brief. The vibe here is fun, unapologetically chic, and wraps you in a moody, dark, and mysterious aesthetic. The room itself was grand in scale, though if you look closely, you can spot some minor aging. It is definitely ripe for a cosmetic touch-up. The hotel layout is a winner. The lobby and the swimming pool both overlook Lumphini Park, offering a fantastic green vista. For a personal vacation, the location wouldn't be my absolute first choice in the city. While it is close to the MRT, navigating Bangkok's notorious sidewalks to get there is always a bit of a chaotic hurdle. Meanwhile, the breakfast spread was just okay, perfectly fine but not really memorable enough to write home about.

Had the pleasure of staying at the S/O again, this time for 5 nights. Everything went smoothly. Bed comfy and good sized bathroom. Staff always friendly and courteous. The Lounge is always a nice place to spend some time if you have access. I would also like to commend a member of the team in the Lounge, Kob, for her very friendly manner, and efficient, professional service.

4 day stay at this beautiful hotel, our room was amazing with a stunning view! The club lounge was excellent with a great array of food and beverages. All the staff were top notch. Don’t miss the roof top bar, spectacular night views of Bangkok

Platinum - Birthday (เปลี่ยนเค้ก Chocolate มาเป็น Mango Mousse ) Welcome เหลือขนมอย่างเดียวไม่มีผลไม้ minibar ฟรี เฉาก๊วย 2 กระป๋อง ขนม1กล่อง Welcome Drink แลกที่ Iris Bar ส่วนตัว Cocktail อร่อยนแต่ชอบบรรยากาศแบบเดิมมากกว่าอันนี้อึดอัดไปหน่อยและสูบบุหรี่ได้ทั้งโซน เมนูอาหารทานเล่นก็ไม่ค่อยมี พนักงานบริการดี เพื่อนมาเซอร์ไพร์วันเกิด ฝากเค้กไปจัดจานมาให้อย่างดี แถมมา HBD ด้วย Red Oven ไลน์อาหารน้อยลงนิดหน่อย วันนี้มีขนมจีนแต่ไม่ปู แต่เนื้อปลาเน้นๆ และไลน์อาหารอินเดียพิเศษของช่วงนี้ ไอศกรีมก็มีรส Masala Tea ด้วย Pool ใช้คูปองลดอาหาร 40-50%ได้เลย สั่งอาหารที่ Red Oven ขึ้นมาทาน อาหารไทยยังอร่อยเหมือน ผัดไทกุ้ง กะเพราะกุ้ง ได้กุ้งโอเคเลย ตัวใหญ่ด้วย Deposit 2000 บาท เช็คเอาท์ ทำเรื่องยกเลิกให้เลย แถมคีย์คะแนนเร็วมาก รวมๆแล้วถือว่าดีขึ้นสำหรับฝั่ง Club Signature ทั้งตัวอาหารและพนักงาน แต่แซลมอนทำมาสุกไปหน่อยแข็ง ขนมปังด้วยแข็งเอาเรื่อง นอกนั้นคือที่ยังคงมาตรฐานดีเหมือนเดิม
