Swimming pool NICE!!!
The place is beautiful, and the service is excellent. The facilities are complete and well-maintained. Special thanks to Bowling for her great assistance and helpful advice. She provided excellent recommendations and made the experience even better.

Some quirks, but a very good stay
We stayed at the SO for two nights in June 2026. This was an easy stay at an excellent facility. Service levels were high. There are some quirks to the rooms that will not suit everyone - function sometimes sacrificed for design, but outside that I have no complaints. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the lounge was absolutely outstanding. ALL Platinum status was acknowledged, and I was very happy with upgrades and gifts. You can book with confidence - this is an excellent hotel.

I came here for the swimming pool day pass, and it was absolutely beautiful. Bowling provided excellent service and was very helpful. She gave great recommendations and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
