Thank you for the SO hospitality for stay. The check in from the concierge to the club signature was welcoming and smooth. I would like to make special thanks these lovely staff at the club lounge: (1) Gem from the evening cocktail team for the chats and recommendation to Thai eating place and more. Her sincerity, warmth and attention to details for all customers are evident. (2) Cora (intern from Netherlands) for the informal chats too. Wonderful hotel with great views out over the city. The hostesses in the Club lounge m, at Chon at reception are lovely and very attentive. A shake the rooftop bar was closed for renovation, but I’m sure it will be amazing once that’s complete. Highly recommend.

When we arrive at the ground floor, we notice that the ground floor is the concierge, and to get to the lobby you need to take lift up to 9th floor, check in was not fast but relaxing because they will ask your passport and you just wait at the sofa instead of standing in front of counter, the lobby next to the bar that open until very late time with DJ, its a bit weird but it is what it is Room have 4 elements, but it will be assign randomly with the reception, we got the wood element, so inside the room look like have wood element, the view was stunning, you can request the view to the park Room was clean, the bed is huge and comfortable, amenities was complete, and they got the Japanese type toilet which is a plus, however the condition of the equipments feel a bit worn out even though is quite a new hotel The breakfast taste was just normal, there a lot of choices though, the service of the waiters is stunning on point, however the reception attitude is a bit on the down side, maybe she has a bad day Swimming pool is so great, the view with the bangkok skyscrapers and is an infinity pool, never try the gym but looks good from the outside Check out, was normal no hassle, however as a accor member, we are hoping to get the late check out because our flight is delayed, and the reception said cannot because the room already assign to people that want early check in at 1 pm, while check out time at 12pm, is it even possible?, i mean come on early check in??? Since when early check in is a priority option and not mentioned they need to clean the room Surroundings: The hotel have two entrance, convenience store like seven eleven was quite a walk on the corner You can walk about 5 minutes across a big crossroad to mrt station, mrt is different with bts station, so please check your map From the mrt station you can walk underground to the nearby mall called one bangkok, is good everything you need as well Close to the street food call banthad thong road But quite a distance to the center like siam mall, center world, etc Conclusion, this hotel more towards for couples or business leisure type, and it is so western minded,

It’s was a great stay, and the staffs named SOL are friendly. Definitely recommend to everyone . The location of the hotel is very convenience for traveling as it is connected to the public transportation. The room has various options for choosing.
