Family getaway in Bkk
Chocolate workshop with Chef Neung and Praew was a highlight of our latest stay with our daughter. We did it together and it was super educational and fun.

Ok but not great
This is an ok hotel but nothing special. 5 star hotel with 3 star service. The rooms are fine, the bathrooms are fine, the location is fine, the gym is fine and the breakfast is fine. The pool hard product is awesome but service is lacking. Not allowed a drink in the pool, yet you can have one on the chair that's in the pool. Bizarre. The dinner buffet was very average and over-rated. Waste of a dinner when there are so many better options in Bangkok. Having to change lifts to get to your room was very annoying. Service overall was quite poor. No one to meet us at the car to collect luggage, no one to call a taxi, chaotic check in. In a city with so many great hotels, hard to recommend.

The service was 100pcent efficient .Staff went out of their way to assist especially JJ who was fantastic ..Food was excellent at Red Oven and club lounge with stunning views over lamphini Park had excellent food and service .Will definitely return
