Good room good service
The room was beautiful, and the location was excellent, right in the heart of the city. The quality of the breakfast was high, truly commensurate with the price paid. The staff were very helpful, especially Ms. Eve Bhurichaya (GSA). She provided exceptional assistance when I checked in during a particularly busy period, which caused a delay in receiving my room. She proactively took excellent care of my friends and me in the Club Lounge. Ms. Eve provided excellent service recovery by offering us complimentary drinks and snacks, which helped us relax while we waited. The view from the Club Lounge was also stunning, and the food quality was superb. We will definitely return to stay here; we are now loyal to this hotel, So Bangkok.

Fantastic stay! Great view, good food, good service (from the concierge, house keeping, to reception, all great & very supportive). Kanit from the concierge was very helpful with the luggage. Thanks a lot to SO/ Bangkok team for making my stay in Bangkok so enjoyable!
