SO Sofitel Bangkok

Fantastic hotel situated in the heart of Bangkok. Views are totally amazing from our floor to ceiling windows around the bed. You wake up to the sunrise of Bangkok in the heart of the city! Wow! Rooms are huge with complementary water daily which is a must in ALL hotels. The restaurant service was impeccable and the food was very tasty. Roof top bar is great with Brillant music by the local resident DJ thus I thought was better than Vertigo bar. Would highly recommended staying here and will definitely return. Whilst staying Netflix was doing something on the 9th floor but not sure what it was , I’ll guess we will wait & see. Thanks for a great stay Ennismore we love your hotels.

Wonderful location and fantastic views. The staff was so kind and helpful. Breakfast, delicious. I will definitely be coming back. I got a two bedroom suite which was amazing as well. The decor is simple and elegant. I also spoiled myself at the spa and was very happy with the quality. SO/Bangkok is so quiet and relaxing while surrounded by the busy city.

Family of four here. We arrived a bit late due to the insane Bangkok traffic, but the chefs were incredibly gracious and welcoming. Chef Da was already busy making chocolates when we arrived and seamlessly transitioned into the sweetest, most engaging instructor. It turned into such a beautiful bonding experience for all of us, spanning ages 16 to 50. Every single person thoroughly enjoyed the class, learned something new, and had so much fun being creative together. Truly a memorable experience from start to finish. Sharing a few photos of our chocolate creations because we were so proud of them. Highly recommended.

The hotel was beautifully laid out, secure and had amazing features such as the infinity pool, gym, solarium and pool area. Lots of restaurants, a coffee lounge and amazing chocolate lab. The signature club had great amenities, complimentary drinks, coffees and afternoon tea. The staff were extremely attentive and could not do enough for you. We dealt with Eve a lot of the time who was so polite, attentive and knowledgeable. She was a credit to the hotel with impeccable manners. The local area was very good, easy accessibility for subway, trains and walks to restaurants.

I stayed at this hotel several times during the winter. I have been coming back to this hotel over the last years. My Accor status allows for Club Signature access, where also check-in takes place. The experience is always very smooth. The staff of the Club Signature is amazing, doing their best to make early check-in and late checkout possible. It's always nice to come back to familiar faces. A big thank you to Khun Grace, who I got the chance to talk to a lot, and who helped me facilitate (floor, view, arrival & departure) all my various stays during the winter. Additional good points : Apart from the already existing facilities very close to the hotel, ONE Bangkok recently opened a 5min walk away, with more dining options, shopping and currency exchange (Superrich). The hotel has an app, where we can schedule various services like laundry, amenities request, room cleanup and more. Worked very well to get the laundry picked up in time (before 10am). The staff in the "Red oven" restaurant was very nice, as well as efficient. I had dinner on numerous occasions, usually in last hour before closing time. Some lesser good points observed this winter (November -> Jan) : One of the 4 elevators was very often, either under maintenance or not in service for other reasons. Also the water temperature of the swimming pool was always at 24° C, making it too cold for relaxing. It wasn't uncommon to have the swimming pool area full of people, but hardly anyone in the water.
