We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SO/ for the third time. The rooms are beautiful and quiet for Bangkok, but could use a little freshening up here and there. The breakfast is one of the best we've ever had in Thailand, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful stay and see you next year!

Well I must say I’m blown away with this hotel.. it’s amazing.. we were lucky enough to book a club room.. room is massive amazing views spotlessly clean.. you get complimentary drinks certain times of day snacks.. amazing has best spa in Bangkok has infinity pool on 9th floor I think.. such good views .. its near train stations so easy to travel.. I couldn’t recommend this place enough

Disappointing Experience at Club Signature, SO/ Bangkok I recently returned to SO/ Bangkok for a weekend staycation with my family. While I have previously had pleasant experiences at this hotel, this visit left me feeling disappointed, particularly with the service at the Club Signature Lounge. Upon arriving at the Club Signature during the evening cocktail hours, I noticed a significant change in service standards. In the past, menus were thoughtfully placed on the tables. I understand that the hotel may now follow a paperless policy and require guests to scan a QR code to order. However, I had to personally walk to request assistance, place my drink order, and return to my table. When I wished to have a second drink, I was again required to walk back to place another order myself. Previously, the staff would proactively check on guests, ask whether additional drinks were desired, and provide attentive and equal service. On this occasion, despite there being only two or three occupied tables in the lounge, I observed staff members taking orders at other tables while my table was consistently overlooked. In particular, one tall male staff member displayed a noticeable lack of service-minded attitude. I also sensed reluctance in service and what felt like unequal treatment from the staff on the 25th floor, which was deeply disappointing and did not align with the expectations of an elite-level experience. That said, I would like to commend the staff in other areas of the hotel. The service at SoShi, Park Society, the main dining areas downstairs, as well as the staff on the 9th floor, was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Their service was excellent and stood in complete contrast to my experience at the Club Signature Lounge. Based on this stay, I would recommend that guests considering an elite-level stay carefully evaluate the value of using the Club Lounge at this property. Thipkanya T.

Good service from Mint and Putter, both were friendly and attentive throughout the stay. The hotel facilities are well maintained, with a clean swimming pool, a decent gym, and a restaurant serving good food. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and worth the visit.
