Great hotel and amazing staff!
The hotel is simply wonderful! I had a great experience, the room was big and spacious. Everything I needed was in the room, nothing was missing. The lounge was also excellent! And the staff is amazing and courteous, always happy to help. I really felt like they remembered me and what I like! I will definitely return to this hotel! Highly recommend!!❤️

Some quirks, but a very good stay
We stayed at the SO for two nights in June 2026. This was an easy stay at an excellent facility. Service levels were high. There are some quirks to the rooms that will not suit everyone - function sometimes sacrificed for design, but outside that I have no complaints. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the lounge was absolutely outstanding. ALL Platinum status was acknowledged, and I was very happy with upgrades and gifts. You can book with confidence - this is an excellent hotel.

Good service
I came here for the swimming pool day pass, and it was absolutely beautiful. Bowling provided excellent service and was very helpful. She gave great recommendations and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
