Khao and team are super, very friendly and competent, nice talking and very helpfull, hope to meet again next time when visiting bangkok again.

Everything about this hotel is 5 star. From the moment I walked in to the hotel until I left I felt like royalty. The staff can’t do enough for you. It has the best roof top bar in BKK in my opinion and I have done them all, check out the great selection of Belgian Beers , I was in heaven Another thing to point out is the pool area gets the sun in the afternoon which suits me fine. I have been at many a BKK hotel and because of the amount of high rise surrounding building’s the pools spend most of the day in the shade. Also they supply free suntan lotion of various strengths, a nice touch. I must also point out the great juice bar at breakfast where they prepare cold pressed juice in front of you. The list goes on ! Can’t wait to go back to this special hotel in March

Stayed a few times it is in the top bracket of that 5 / 6 star feel. Beautiful rooms, attentive service, great food, lovely rooftop and superb Bangkok location. The only suggestion I would have is an increase in temperature in the Club Lounge and better air con moderation in the rooms.
