The elegant design, luxurious rooms, and one of the best locations in Bangkok—where everything you need is within easy reach—are certainly outstanding. However, what truly makes this hotel exceptional is its people. I would especially like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Liv and Ms. Mira. Their kindness went far beyond professional hospitality. Every interaction reflected genuine care, thoughtfulness, and sincerity, making me feel welcomed not as a guest, but as someone they truly valued. They transformed an excellent stay into a memorable one. I would also like to recognize Mr. Pete and Ms. Nancy from the Concierge Team. They are the perfect example of authentic Thai hospitality. Their professionalism, local knowledge, and warm, heartfelt service made every request effortless and every experience enjoyable. Luxury can be created with beautiful buildings and elegant interiors, but a truly great five-star hotel is defined by its people. Ms. Liv, Ms. Mira, Mr. Pete, and Ms. Nancy are the reason Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit is not just another luxury hotel, but one of the finest hotels in Bangkok. I sincerely look forward to returning, and I hope to see all of them again on my next visit.

We've had the best modern Japanese food in Bangkok at Maison Mizuki. It's a hidden gem almost tucked away on the ground floor. The atmosphere combines comfort with zen design evolving around the center pieced stylish bar. All praise goes to the food's freshness, try the sashimi, or the perfectly cooked snow fish. It was awesome. All of it happened under the professional eyes of manager An who made this event just perfect. We will surely come back!

Well the staff is amazing and the time they take to reply to your query is pretty fast. Everything is ok in the hotel except the room size. The location is fantastic too. Didnt try the breakfast so can't comment. Special Thanks to Krit for the special requests that were made and were honored.

Nights stayed: 3 Room Type: Luxury Room Club Millesime, 1 King Bed What we liked: - Accor Diamond Status was honoured - Breakfast, Lounge access, check-in and check-out the usual perks. - Large Rooms - Convenient location where there is a linked bridge all the way to Terminal 21 May (not air-conditioned but definitely good enough as the bridge is sheltered and very convenient)
