Macky looked after us so well at our favourite hotel in Bangkok - the Sofitel Sukhumvit. He has looked after us every time we stay here. He is really caring and always gives us tips on things to do in Bangkok at the time of the year we visit.

Outstanding customer experience
The team at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit was amazing. They were warm, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout my stay. In particular, Kevin Tawpalin Tun Khac from the Guest Experience Team went above and beyond. Knowing that convenience was my priority, he recommended his favourite local massage place, which turned out to be a fantastic suggestion. He was also incredibly helpful whenever I needed directions or local recommendations. What stood out most was how genuine and caring he was. He made me feel less like a guest and more like a friend visiting the city, and I am truly grateful for his kindness. The room service was impeccable, and the shower facilities were excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would gladly return.
