Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit

Great location, very convenient as the hotel is near two BTS stations: Nana and Asok. Exceptional service from the Club Millésime concierge team. Mr. Tide was especially kind and attentive — he went out of his way to expedite our check-in and graciously extended our check-out time, which made a big difference to our comfort. Ms. Mariela was equally impressive, showing great patience in attending to guests. As we still had a few hours before heading to the airport, Mr. Tide even extended an invitation for us to rest at the lounge, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very impressed with the service. This is our second stay with Sofitel Bangkok and will be happy to return.

Returning to Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit is always a delight. This marks my 4th visit, and the atmosphere and impression remain as exceptional as ever. It truly feels like coming home. I must express my admiration for the entire team at Club Millésime on the 31st floor. I can confidently say that this is the best Executive Lounge experience I have ever had. The service here is consistently outstanding. Khun Gift: It is always a pleasure to see her. She remembered me warmly and greeted me with her beautiful smile. I greatly appreciate her assistance with my room inquiry. Khun Mild: handled my check-in smoothly and consistently followed up throughout my stay to ensure everything was perfect. Khun Mira: my impression started with our email correspondence regarding the invoice, which was handled efficiently and thoroughly. Meeting her in person at the Club, where she greeted me with a warm smile, only elevated that positive impression. Khun Gigi : she is stunning and has a great memory for guests. I loved the pink Signature Cocktail she created for me during Cocktail Time. The Team: I also want to commend Khun Darren, Khun Tide, Khun Nok, Khun Henrry, Khun Kaning, and Khun Crispy. Everyone demonstrated true professionalism on the 31st floor. Overall, a special thank you to Khun Macky for overseeing the big picture of my stay. I am thoroughly impressed with my 4th visit and am already looking forward to returning in the future.

The overall experience at the Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit was very good to excellent, leaning toward excellent. The location was very good for sightseeing around Bangkok with easy access to the efficient light rail system. The accommodations and facility were also very good to excellent. The staff, particularly the front desk staff of Tu.i, Khai and Tony, were excellent… to a person.

The service at the Sofitel Bangkok is Fantastic, everyone is just wonderfully welcoming, friendly and accommodating! While this is our second visit here, we have been warmly welcomed from the very first day by Khao along with her team of Tui and Tony. The hotel itself is great, in a vibrant neighborhood with nice food options and excellent access to public transportation.
