Great location and amazing staff

Sophisticated Sofitel
I had a pleasant 3D2N stay here, am grateful to be upgraded due to my loyalty status. I love my room although it is shaped weirdly, i have to walk a small corridor of closets and cabinet, and there is my comfortable bed, further down is the luxurious bathroom, love the Karl Lagerfeld amenities. Breakfast on level 2 is nice, plenty of choices and delicious food. Executive Lounge is nice for a cuppa or evening cocktails. The staff here are all very kind, friendly and helpful. Kudos to the lounge staff and the ground floor concierge and bell boys. I like the location of the hotel, it had sky bridge connected and it lead me to Terminal 21 and the BTS, very conv for transportation and link you up to all the major attractions in the city. Look forward to stay again, hopefully soon.

Outstanding Hospitality for a Perfect Business Stay
I had an incredible stay at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit and truly loved every moment of it. The property itself is stunning, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded expectations. The rooftop bar was fantastic, the gym was excellent, the breakfast was absolutely fabulous, and I also greatly enjoyed the Millésime Lounge. What really made this stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional hospitality and genuine care shown by the entire staff. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real impact and turned a great stay into a truly memorable one. A very special thank you to the Italian-Thai waiter at the Belga Rooftop Bar for his kindness and great energy, to the trainer at the gym for the excellent support, and especially to Khao and her wonderful hospitality team at the entrance, whose warmth and attentiveness made us feel welcomed every single day. Everything was simply incredible, and I cannot wait to return.
