True 5 Star Hotel
We had a wonderful stay although it was short. Staffs at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit were very friendly, helpful and professional. We were took care of by Hack, Gift and Mira at checking in with their warm welcome and great teamwork. Hotel is always important part of my trip, so I usually choose 4+ star hotels to get good quality of rest. This hotel meets my expectations and felt like I did well spent.

Another great stay
Another excellent stay at the Sofitel. We booked a Prestige suite using our suite night upgrades. We always look at different hotels when staying in BKK but always end up back with the Sofitel . The team in the club lounge are always very friendly. We have noticed that service during happy hour is at risk of slowing down. During this stay we had to go up to the bar a few times as couldn’t always get the attention of a team member. No major issue but haven’t noticed it being an issue in the past. The hotel is really well maintained. The pool area is lovely but is starting to show signs that a refurb of that area may be due.

A Memorable Afternoon at Le Macaron, Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit
On Saturday, 31 January 2026, I had the pleasure of visiting Le Macaron at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit with my friends. Prior to our visit, I made a reservation by phone for the Le Macaron x L’OCCITANE set, and everything was arranged smoothly and professionally. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Khun Pim and Khun Beer for their excellent service throughout our visit. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism truly enhanced the experience. What impressed me the most was that Khun Pim kindly remembered me from the time when the shop was still located at its former venue. It was a lovely surprise and gave us the opportunity to have a brief and pleasant conversation, which made the visit even more memorable. Once again, my heartfelt thanks to Khun Pim and Khun Beer for their wonderful service. I truly enjoyed the experience and will certainly return again in the future.
