Wonderful Stay
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A shout-out to Tide for the check-in and is smooth & efficient. The room was clean, nice, and spacious. Love the bed as it is not too soft and I have a great sleep every night. Great location: Located between Nana & Asoke BTS. Sheltered walkway from hotel to Terminal 21. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The checkout process was smooth and efficient. The overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again."

Stay at sofitel
The stay was excellent and Khaow was very warm and welcoming. Couldn’t pick a better stay in Bangkok than sofitel. Great ambience, good food and welcoming service.

One of the best BKK hotel!
Everything was great, prefect location and facilities. Easy to connect to BTS and close to many shopping spots. Will definitely come back again shortly And big applause to Khao and Kevin for the passionate services!

Helpfull and friendly staff, good strategic location. Nice breakfast
The hotel has an excellent and strategic location. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff were kind and helpful. Special thanks to Pete, Kevin, and Khauw who welcomed us warmly right from the entrance — they were all extremely friendly and accommodating. The female front desk manager with long hair was also very friendly and assisted us kindly throughout our stay. Our only concern was the bathroom. After every shower, water tended to leak out, making the floor wet. It would be much better if the bathtub area was designed with proper drainage along the edges.

Good stay
Great hotel lovely rooms and a very efficient front desk team . Breakfast at main restaurant was good but not so vast as nearby Sheraton or Hyatt .Overall service was excellent.Hotel is nearby terminal 21 mall and lots of Good Indian restaurants within walking distance.Club lounge lacks food for vegetarians .Overall a good stay .
