Everything is perfect in this hotel. Location was great. Staffs are amazing. Pete,Tui,Natty,Boy,Tony Tee,Tum,Palm,Kevin,Khaow- all of them were very helpful and friendly. Tom yum goong in this hotel is simply the best. This is my 2nd visit here. Would love to come again.

We stayed for 3 nights. The location is great (one bts stop to EmQuartier, three stops to Siam Paragon) and the room is awesome. But the best experience is the hospitality from the staff members. Khaow, Pete, Tui, Natty, Boy, Tony, Tee, Tow, Tum, Palm, and Kevin did above and beyond that made us wish to stay a few more nights.

As a loyal guest of the Sofitel brand, I’ve enjoyed consistently high standards across multiple locations worldwide. That trust led me to choose Sofitel Sukhumvit Bangkok for a short two-night stay. While the rooms, breakfast, and luxury lived up to the Sofitel name, the overall experience was unfortunately tainted by disappointing service. What met expectations: comfort, luxury, and design The room was elegant, the breakfast excellent, and the facilities consistent with what one expects from Sofitel: refined and comfortable. Service shortfalls that should not happen at Sofitel Upon arrival, I noticed that the Chromecast/YouTube functionality was not working in the room. I reported this immediately. A technician came to check, but around midnight, I received a letter under the door stating the issue could not be fixed and offering either a room change or a second attempt at repair. As we were only staying for two nights, we chose not to switch rooms. On Saturday, July 12th, I addressed this with the Club Millésime manager. He acknowledged the inconvenience and promised two complimentary drink vouchers as compensation. What we received instead was a fruit plate—not what was agreed, though we appreciated the gesture nonetheless. A more serious issue occurred the night before in the hotel’s Japanese restaurant. Upon arrival, a staff member informed me that, as an Accor member, I would receive a 50% discount on food and 30% off drinks. I provided my room number (2501), and we enjoyed the meal with this understanding. Only when I requested the bill was I told that the discount would not apply. This, to me, is misleading. Had I been correctly informed upfront, our decisions might have been different. I again discussed the matter with the Club Millésime manager, who kindly promised to apply the same 50% discount to the bill at checkout. I appreciated the offer and thanked him again in person on Sunday, July 13th, where he reassured me everything had been taken care of. Sadly, upon checking out later that day, I discovered that of the 3,000 THB promised discount, only 400 THB had actually been applied. No explanation, no follow-up email from the manager despite my request—just silence. The warm smiles and polite gestures throughout could not mask the unprofessionalism and lack of follow-through. Conclusion: Broken promises and a bitter aftertaste Sofitel Sukhumvit Bangkok offers all the expected material comforts of the brand. But the repeated miscommunication, unfulfilled promises, and lack of accountability left me with a bitter impression. This is not the standard of professionalism I’ve come to associate with Sofitel. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously—future guests deserve the full Sofitel experience, both in service and in sincerity.

Stay in This hotel about 4 times and the reason why is because The staff at the hotel Pete ,Tui , Natty , Boy ,Tony ,Tee ,Tow,Tum,Palm, Kevin,Khaow were very friendly and helpful . The Room is very spacious , clean , and everything is so perfect . You can request on your personal time for your bubble bath too . Going to repeat our Stay again everytime we come back here again in Bangkok.
