Great Value Stay
Check in was breeze. Was assigned to a high floor room near to lift lobby as requested. Room decor is inviting. So cosy & warm. Room is immaculately cleaned. 1st time to use a tablet to operate a TV. Was looking around for the tv remote 😅. Housekeeping pays attention to details. Leaving notes asking whether services are required. Come sunset, the street infront of the hotel will be lined up with working ladies/lady boys. May feel rowdy to some folks but they don’t create trouble. There is a small night market across the hotel and a Terminal 21 on the left of hotel. Convenient location.

The hotel is nicely renovated. It was rather old hotel but the renovation erased all signs of history. While the overall ambience is comfortable, the rooms could have been better designed. I had a room where there was lots of empty space. It was angular and there were pockets of space not utilised. While there were pockets of free space, it was filled with furniture. There was a bird cage with a plastic bird inside. It dangled by the desk and had my head knocked against when I tried to sit by the desk. The room is controlled by a tablet which didn’t seem to function very well. The lighting controls don’t seem to make sense. Bathroom was ok but it didn’t seem as if it had any renovation. The breakfast at the lounge was mediocre. I wasn’t impressed. This hotel will be good for business travellers.

Fantastic services
The hotel was fantastic! The service was excellent, the gym was fully equipped, and the free-flow drinks were a great bonus. I highly recommend it.

Excellent Service
Stayed for 1 nite.Had breakfast at Bella sera restaurant.Was served by the Belle team headed by Manager Kannika Kaewsuwan(Jeab) The team was excellent in service.Every staff treated guest with warmth and every staff had a smile on their face.Jeab was outstanding.She was also serving guest and asking guests if everything was ok. Eg food,and anything you need. Thank you
