In awe by the exceptional service
My husband and I had an amazing stay at Sofitel Bangkok , all the staffs were extremely helpful and friendly and went all out to “Wow” the hotel guests. We were always greeted by all the staffs wherever we went. I’m truly grateful for the concierge for being ever ready to receive guests. My husband and I were returning to the hotel in a cab and it was parked quite a distance away from the shelter and it was pouring heavily , the concierge team came over with umbrellas to shelter us from the rain . I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. Sofitel has indeed lived up to its reputation and I’m glad I made the right choice by choosing Sofitel Bangkok. Special thanks to Khaow, Kevin, Palm, Tum , Tow , Tee, Tony ,Boy, Natty, Tui and Pete .

Exceptional Stay – Truly 5-Star Experience
From the moment I arrived at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff’s professionalism, warm smiles, and “never say no” attitude made my stay unforgettable. Special thanks to Mira, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. She even surprised me by offering a late check-out until 3:00 PM without me asking, just because she knew my flight was at 7:00 PM. In all my travels, this has never happened before — usually, I have to request and negotiate for an extra hour or two. The rooms are spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive. This is a place where every request is met with genuine care and a smile. Absolutely deserving of a full 5-star rating!
