I had an exceptional stay at the Sofitel Bangkok, especially during the Songkran period, which made the experience even more memorable. Everything—from the beautifully designed room and well-equipped fitness center to the outstanding breakfast and elegant lounge—was truly impressive. The quality, comfort, and attention to detail were exactly what you would expect from a luxury hotel. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the service. The staff went above and beyond, not only providing warm and attentive hospitality but also thoughtfully guiding me through Songkran events and activities, which allowed me to fully enjoy the festival. A special thanks to the club team—Tide, Oift, Mariola, Nok, Friend, Hack, and Chrrispy—for their unforgettable kindness and exceptional care. They made this stay truly special. I would absolutely love to return and stay here again whenever I have the chance.

We arrived at the hotel around midnight and received a superlative welcome, which remained the high service standard for the next four days. Every member of staff displayed a professional care and warmth which made the experience of staying here so enjoyable. The club lounge experience, presided over by the incomparable Mr. Macky, and his attentive and engaging staff, was an additional bonus. Nothing was too much trouble for Macky and his team. Every service was provided with a friendly eye for detail. The service, food and beverages provided in Bella Sera and Belga were also first class. Thank you!

A little oasis at Sukhumvit, always nice to come by and always met with smiles and great service from start to end - arrival, frontdesk, cleaning, departure - always with a smile and feel abit like second home. Great little cafe and great restaurants and room service. Rooms are quiet so getting good sleeps. Special shoutout to Khao, Tony, Kew, Boy, Toi, Natty & Pete - always helpful and makes you feel welcome.
