Well the staff is amazing and the time they take to reply to your query is pretty fast. Everything is ok in the hotel except the room size. The location is fantastic too. Didnt try the breakfast so can't comment. Special Thanks to Krit for the special requests that were made and were honored.

Nights stayed: 3 Room Type: Luxury Room Club Millesime, 1 King Bed What we liked: - Accor Diamond Status was honoured - Breakfast, Lounge access, check-in and check-out the usual perks. - Large Rooms - Convenient location where there is a linked bridge all the way to Terminal 21 May (not air-conditioned but definitely good enough as the bridge is sheltered and very convenient)

This is an excellent hotel with a great location. The direct walkway connecting the hotel to the BTS Skytrain makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. A special thanks to Ms. Lanna at the front desk for her fast, smooth, and professional check-in service. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. Every time I return, I am impressed by the consistently high standards and warm hospitality. The Club Lounge offers delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere. I would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Lukas, Director of Food & Beverage. His professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding service truly made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again.

Pete, Tui, natty, bat, tony, tee, tow, tum palm Kevin and khau all were wonderful in their service across our stay. Khao specially stood out as she greeted us so warmly every day we came back from work, joking around and so much fun

Tony and Khao, the gate staff at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit, made our trip truly perfect and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, they welcomed us with warm smiles every single day and always opened the door with genuine kindness. What touched us the most was how they were always the first to step forward and eagerly help us whenever we arrived or needed assistance. Their hospitality, friendliness, and sincere care made us feel incredibly welcomed throughout our stay. My spouse and I were deeply impressed by their dedication. This was our second visit to Bangkok, and we always choose Sofitel. One of the biggest reasons for that choice is the exceptional people who work here. Tony and Khao, in particular, played a huge part in making this trip feel so special and memorable. Please extend our heartfelt appreciation to them.
