I We stayed at The St. Regis Bangkok for two nights to celebrate our 4th anniversary, and it was such a lovely and memorable stay. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Khun Chor, who was extremely professional and attentive. I was very impressed by his assistance and genuine service. Throughout our stay, we were also very well taken care of by Khun Mhen, Khun Katie, Khun Asma, Khun Gio, and the entire team. They even arranged some lovely little touches for our anniversary, which made our stay feel even more special. The room was very comfortable, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with great amenities. I really loved the style and atmosphere of the room. A special thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping everything so tidy and comfortable, and especially to Khun Ning. After we returned from dinner one evening, she had prepared a lovely good -night card along with two adorable towel rabbits. It was such a sweet surprise and truly made us smile. The food was another highlight of our stay. We tried the all-day dining restaurant, VUI, for Italian cuisine as well as breakfast, and we were impressed by both the taste and presentation. One of the nicest moments was when I was craving a simple Penne Arrabbiata, which was not in the menu. The chef cooked it for me, and it honestly made my day. It was delicious! We also enjoyed many of the other dishes throughout our stay. And as someone who is very particular about breakfast, it is actually one of the main things I consider when choosing a hotel. The breakfast here did not disappoint. There was an excellent variety of choices, everything was delicious, and the quality was consistently good. The restaurant service was also superb. A big thank you to Khun Bas, Khun New, Khun Game, Khun Noon, Khun Chart, Khun George, Khun Namtarn, and everyone else whose names I may not have remembered. Your warm hospitality truly made a difference. Last but not least, the location is fantastic. The hotel is directly connected to the BTS Skytrain, making it very convenient to travel around Bangkok for shopping, dining, and exploring. We experienced just how valuable this location was on our check-out day, when Bangkok was facing flooding after heavy rain. Finding a taxi to the airport was extremely difficult, so we decided to take the train instead. From the moment we left the hotel, the journey was completely seamless. We didn’t even get a drop of rain on us or have to walk through any flooded areas. It was probably the best possible proof of how convenient the hotel’s location is! Overall, our two-night stay was filled with wonderful service, thoughtful touches, delicious food, and memorable moments. Thank you to the entire team at The St. Regis Bangkok for making our 4th anniversary celebration so special. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again.

We had such a fantastic stay! The room was beautiful, aesthetic, and very comfortable, with excellent facilities that made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Bas, our wonderful food server, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. He always made sure we had our favorite chrysanthemum tea and would recommend some of the best food from the menu. We were both pleasantly surprised when Bas remembered us and automatically brought our favorite tea without us even asking. That level of attentiveness and personalized service truly made us feel special and well taken care of. Thank you, Bas, and the entire team for the excellent service and warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again! ❤️

Here was renovation during my stay, good location in city beside bts station.friendly staff and have chinese speaking service. Mandy was very warm and welcome. And always rain while I stay. But hotel have great facilities but a lot of people. So I spend my time more in the room. Zuma very good restaurant and very delucious also nice staff. While I stay I smell some paint very strong while walking until I feel dizzy, Thank you my wondetful butler Natty took great care of me bringing me a inhaler with cute ribbon, helping me connect Netflix and even offer tea fruit cut and cookies to me for feeling better from dizzy and ate while enjoy watched movie.Thank you Natty&Mew for very beautiful handmade card with souvenir . Im appreciated.

What completely blew me away was Chor’s unbelievable thoughtfulness—I hadn’t visited in over two years, yet Chor still remembered me! Presenting us with a personalized pair of commemorative keycards as a keepsake was such a special, meaningful touch that meant the world to me. ✨ Our butler, Elle, also made our stay extra memorable by leaving us a sweet, handwritten goodnight card—a truly charming and thoughtful gesture! The genuine care and exceptional attention to detail from both Chor and Elle made my birthday stay so deeply special. We can’t wait to return!
