Such a greatful experience. Staff name Karthik such a good person willing to help us. He also asking if we want to pack our breakfast on the day we checkout , since we checkout early at 4am .

I've been a guest at this prestigious hotel in Bangkok for about 15 years, and each time I'm amazed by the constant attention and courtesy I receive from all the reception staff, from the young men who help with our suitcases to the beautiful and equally helpful ladies and gentlemen with their warm and kind manners in the Club Lounge on the 52nd floor. The kind manager, Mrs. LEEYA, was very affable and very kindly gave us an extra bed in my daughter Azzurra's suite, 5318, and, as always, accommodated me by giving me the usual corner suite, 5328. To my friends who travel to Bangkok for work or pleasure, I have always recommended, and still recommend, this elegant and charming hotel. It's unique for its panoramic view from the top floor and its bright restaurant—an appropriate term, as the stars truly do look down on you. Another highlight of this luxurious hotel is the breakfast on the Mozul floor, with its always clean and sparkling pool reflecting the beautiful blue Bangkok sky. Another gem of Lebua that I must mention: a team of staff available 24/7 via WhatsApp, ready to satisfy any small request or resolve any issue. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable; the suites are cleaned in the morning and checked again in the afternoon, and the rooms smell like freshly washed laundry. I love remembering the kind woman, Mrs. Phiyada, who took such professional care of every detail of my suite. This prestigious hotel is truly my second home in Thailand.
