Ham was Mustard!
I arrived a bit earlier than my scheduled check in and was looked after by Ham. She made sure I was taken care of, she kindly arranged for me to have access to a room to have a shower and freshen up after 24 hours travelling. First impressions matter, and she has set the bar very high! I’m looking g forward to similar amazing levels of service through my stay. 🤞🤞
