Harborside Hotel Spa & Marina

Outstanding property; a little expensive but well worth the money! Very clean and organized. Food was great; bar cozy & comfortable!

This hotel is expensive and right in the middle of the action in Bar Harbor, but that's a good thing. You can walk to about everything and there's ample parking (which is a big plus in Bar Harbor). Our room had a view over the harbor, which was good. It was called a handicapped room, but there were no grab bars around the toilet, which meant getting the shower chair to aid in getting up and down. The restaurant was good and reasonably priced, which was a surprise, given the location. Our room was well equipped with a Keurig coffee pot, even though we had to ask for more decaf and tea pods. The room included a recliner and an adjustable desk chair, bot comfortable for my husband, who has difficulty getting up and down. I would select the hotel again for location and room layout (except for the grab bars).

Valet parking to start off. You walk in and the front desk took care of us immediately. Beautiful place fireplace with breakfast, lunch and dinner available. Take a walk around the property and truly experience the beautiful amenities and all it has to offer. The room beautiful view with jacuzzi. Will be back.

I stayed at the Harborside Hotel in May and it was nothing short of fantastic. The view from my room was breathtaking—truly picture-perfect and worth every moment spent just soaking it in. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and beautifully appointed, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. What really set this stay apart, though, was the staff. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuine, but I have to give a special shout-out to Angelina Garay. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, showing a level of care and hospitality that made me feel truly valued as a guest. I can’t wait to return—this hotel is now my go-to spot for comfort, amazing views, and top-tier service. Highly recommended!

One of the most breath taking locations ever! Harborside Hotel, Spa and Marina was the place to be as it is the center attraction/location to take in the beauty. The staff was just as, if not a slight more, beautiful. The knowledge of the town, how the staff listened to our interest, and then guided us to locations just as amazing. From the Mountain Walk/Drive, to the Harbor events, to the Star Gazing at night, to the dinner spots located throughout the town. This is a Vacation spot that i will find myself at yet again in the near future. I would liek to give a humble and greatful "Thank You" to the staff at the front counter. the greetins and welcome kicked every day off in the right emotion. THANK YOU!!
