We stayed at Hotel Alexandra during our trip to Barcelona and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is in an outstanding location at Carrer de Mallorca 251, in the heart of the elegant Eixample district, just a short walk from the famous Passeig de Gràcia, one of the most beautiful and lively streets in the city. From here it’s incredibly easy to explore Barcelona on foot. Some of the city’s most iconic attractions are only minutes away: Casa Batlló and La Pedrera (Casa Milà) are about a 3–5 minute walk, while Plaça de Catalunya and La Rambla can be reached in around 10–12 minutes. Even the Sagrada Familia is relatively close and easy to reach. The surrounding area is also full of great restaurants, cafés and shops, and several metro stations are just a few minutes away. The hotel itself is elegant, stylish and very welcoming. The rooms are spotless, well designed and extremely comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a full day exploring the city. A special mention goes to the staff, who were always friendly, professional and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, this hotel perfectly combines comfort, style and an unbeatable location for visiting Barcelona. If we return to the city, this will definitely be our first choice.

Centrally located, and in my favorite neighborhood in Barcelona. This is our third year in a row visiting Barcelona in late winter — and have stayed at the Alexandra Barcelona Hotel each time! Staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. And we love the sheets and pillows!

Great location for seeing the city on foot. Close to the Metro Diagonal Station. Close to Passeig De Gracia and great shopping. Great bar service as well as restaurant in Solemile.

I had a wonderful stay at Alexandra Barcelona Hotel with my son during our family holiday. The location is perfect – everything is close by, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. What made our experience especially special was the amazing team. Everyone was kind and helpful, but we would particularly like to thank Maxi, Agnesee, and Bani. They truly went above and beyond to help us with everything and made sure my son felt extra special and welcome. That personal attention meant so much to us. We are very grateful for such a warm and caring experience and would happily stay here again!

The staff Maxy’s hospitality, the high quality of service, and the genuine care we felt as guests were remarkable. On top of that, the room was immaculate—clean, tidy, and perfect in every way.
