Perfect Spot with Impeccable Service
We had a quick stay in Barcelona after finishing a Mediterranean cruise. Hotel Alexandra was the perfect spot for us. We arrived very early and they graciously stored our bags while we strolled town and did a tour. The person at the front desk provided a map and detailed instructions for sights close to the hotel. When we returned our bags had already been delivered to our room. The room itself was very comfortable with a nice desk where I was able to catch up on some email. The hotel includes a cozy bar and a nice restaurant. We stopped at the bar both before and after an evening tour. Breakfast this morning was a beautiful and impressive spread. The biggest constant throughout our stay was the impeccable service! Every single person we encountered was friendly and attentive.

Wonderful experience.
Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff was most helpful, even remembering that we had stayed there many years previously. The staff helped with directions, taxis, and Uber. The staff was able to put us in a room, even though we arrived at 10:30 in the morning. We enjoyed the snacks and drinks in the bar in the late afternoon.
