Amazing and great service and hospitality. Good room area and fast housekeeping service and the breakfast is good and having nice options. The lobby is very nice as well. Fast check in and they have parking as well for cars. The location is very good and close to the luxury shops.

Gem of a hotel in Barcelona
Another stay at this wonderful hotel in the center of Barcelona. Great location and a very attentive and helpful staff. All of them speak great English. The reception team are all stars, especially JuanJo.... who goes out of his way to make people feel welcome. Excellent breakfast and the staff could not be nicer. A lot of the staff have worked there a long time which always speaks volumes about good management practices. Rooms are all very nice, especially the older rooms from the original building. All in all and excellent option if you are looking for a centrally-located hotel in Barcelona.

Weekend Birthday Trip
The location is just walkable to most of the iconic spots in Barcelona and shopping area. From check in to check out everything was smooth. But my most fave part of our stay are the staff. The staffs are all so nice even the customer service who responds to the email fast, the staff at the restaurants.. I would like to mention Aghnese who have been terrific! She catered to all our needs, answered all ou lr questions, suggested places to visit, to eat. We just love her. She made my friend’s birthday special! Thank you, Team! You did well. Muchas gracias!

Fantastic experience!
Stayed at the Alexandra for only one night, but it was delightful. Received a warm welcome at check in, acknowledging my status with Hilton. Room wa beautiful with all of the amenities you would want. Bar was fully stocked. Breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of items. Location is wonderful for shopping a sightseeing. Will stay here for sure every time travels take me to Barcelona!
