All my requests were fulfilled
Definitely 5-star. Excellent service from the front door, to the front desk, concierge, restaurants, and room service. Breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of omelets. Five types of milk were available. Concierge gave us great advice for getting to city sites.

This hotel is all about its staff! They literally can’t do enough for you. A big shoutout to Jaime who went above and beyond to help me at check in. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was beautiful. There was a sauna and a whirlpool bath which we both tested! Really gorgeous hotel.

Excellent Experience
I’ve had an excellent experience from the moment we came in to the hotel. From the doorman, to the front desk, specially Violetta, which was extremely welcoming, dedicated and answered all of our questions with grace. Also, wanted to thank Jaime from the concierge team which has been absolutely helpful and accommodating. The restaurant where they hold the complimentary breakfast is great as well as the service. The cleanliness is above average. Would definitely be back one day and highly recommend his hotel.

11/10. Easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Roof top is beautiful. The door people alone are so friendly, always greeting you. staff is incredible, great recommendations on things to do. The place smells like how I someday hope heaven smells like. They upgraded our room for free. The room = incredible. The loft two floors, WOW. Close to everything, very safe neighborhood. We will be back for sure.

We had a wonderful 5 nights at the Hotel Claris in Barcelona and enjoyed every minute of it...The staff went out of their way to tend to our every need. The service they showed far surpassed the service I have experienced at many five-star hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel!
