Claris Hotel

Hotel Claris Barcelona Out standing hotel! Best possible location, 2 minutes walk from the entrance of the hotel to "Passeig de Gracia", major shopping street with hundreds of shops, of all brands including international chines. The rooms are very large, comfortable double beds, and an excellent mattress. Rooms are very clean A large bathroom including shower, Jacuzzi & Sona! Two large sinks soft Towles plus amenities. The front desk staff are very professional, polite & helpful. The bellboys are very helpful and polite, Especially Oscar, who deserves extra thanks & compliments, for the wonderful service he gave us with our lugged & concierge services. Big Shapo to Oscar! No doubt that we will be coming again soon to stay at the Claris Hotel Barcelona!

Everything was amazing. The staff is kind and so hard working. Ruben was extremely helpful. The hotel is very nice and has great proximity to everything. The rooftop restaurant was very nice and the drinks were perfect.

Our 5 days in Barcelona was really spoilt by the terrible service in Hotel Claris. We asked in advance for 2 rooms next to each other so we were close to our teenage kids, with one being a twin. They gave us 2 doubles. One room had faulty sound proofing so the traffic noise was very intrusive. They moved us to a very small inferior room, with not even a mirror in the bedroom, hardly what you expect from a 5 star hotel. They charged €2.50 to bring a small jug of milk up to our room for tea. They forgot to give us vouchers for the spa on check in and generally didn't care that we weren't happy despite two conversations with the reception manager. Even aside from the terrible service the decor and quality of the rooms was really disappointing. The beds however were comfortable at least. Our whole trip was impacted by this hotel which left us feeling really disappointed. There are plenty of other great hotels in Barcelona so I would give this one a miss.

I’d like to give a special mention to Márcio, who made my stay truly exceptional. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and his warm, professional attitude made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. It’s staff like Márcio that turn a beautiful hotel into an unforgettable experience. Thank you for making my visit so special — I will definitely be returning! Thank you Iain and Renae

Excellent hotel in staff with a great location in Barcelona. They can you helped us arrange several trips and was very accommodating. The restaurant downstairs was excellent. The architectural was very good with lots of artwork. Cannot recommend highly enough.
