Old fashioned values
A lovely old building in downtown Barcelona, room was immaculate and well appointed, bathroom was superb. The staff are brilliant, they couldn't do enough for you, remembered your name and were all friendly & attentive. My only critiscm was the gym is a bit too small with no resistance equipment.

Exceptional hotel with amazing staff
We stayed at Hotel El Palace as three close friends on our girls’ trip, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like queens—everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with a very elegant and peaceful atmosphere. Our room was spotless, perfectly maintained, and felt very private. We especially appreciated how quiet it was no outside noise at all, which made it very relaxing. Everything smelled amazing, adding to the luxurious feeling. The food was also excellent, and every detail was clearly well thought out. A special mention to the housekeeping staff they were not only very thorough but also extremely respectful and kind. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our girls’ trip. Highly recommended!

The spa was also a highlight—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the perfect escape after a day of exploring. Proper 5* hotel
We were very happy with our stay over Easter. Not all of the ‘leading hotels of the world’ brand are always top, but the Palace is. A proper 5* property!
