Great weekend in this 5* hotel everything is so clean and a good location for seeing Barcelona would definitely recommend.

NOT a five-star hotel!
We booked a hotel for six adults. * Check-in took over 30 minutes * The rooms were not ready upon arrival * Beds were prepared for only four people, and we were told that two could sleep on the sofa * The rooms were dirty, and there were not enough towels for everyone We asked if we could change rooms, but this was not allowed. We then suggested canceling the reservation with a full refund, but this was also refused. This is absolutely NOT a five-star hotel. A realistic rating would be 3/5. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Nice Hotel, Off The Beaten Path, but Great for a Pre- or Post-Cruise Stay
The hotel itself is very nice with well-appointed, spacious rooms by European standards and professional service. But it's in a "weird" location somewhat isolated from the rest of the city, about a 15-20 minute walk from anything worthwhile. That said, it is an ideal location to begin or end a cruise--indeed, it's the only hotel you can get to directly using the 3 EUR "Blue Bus" from the cruise ships, which is a huge plus. Here's the bottom line: If proximity to the cruise terminal is a paramount consideration, stay here. If you plan on walking a lot and don't mind crossing 15-20 minutes of "desert" to get to anything, you'll be fine. If you plan on cabbing it around town, it's also a great place because it's centrally located and there is a cab rank right outside that always has cabs lined up. But if you're the kind of person who likes to walk outside and immediately "be" in the middle of the city, stay elsewhere.

Terrible noise levels from the ships - more than 50Db measured inside the room late in the evening. Not possible to sleep. Find another hotel …

Disappointing comfort.
This is a good location in the Port. Close to a shopping mall with restaurants. It is easy to walk around the port . We had a suite of two rooms with sitting area and small table. The comfort of the bed was disappointing. I had one foam pilow and one feather. My partner had two feather pillwsws which I had never come acoss before in a quality hotel. Breakfast area was small with no fresh egg station. Cereal choice was poor with no healthy option like a muesli.Fitness room was small but had all basic equipment.
