Our long-awaited family reunion took place in one of Spain's most beautiful cities. We chose the Meliá Torremelina as our accommodation...and it was the right choice! A stylish hotel with beautiful designer spaces, a wonderful botanical garden, a Christmas photo zone, and an ice rink. We loved everything: the beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly clean rooms, as well as the delicious breakfast. But the magic wouldn't have happened without the attentive and professional hotel staff, who helped make our stay unforgettable. We'd especially like to thank Carolina Guest Experience, Marta, and Alejandro at Red Level reception. We'll definitely be back and recommending this hotel to our friends and colleagues.

Great facilities and great staff although the parking is ridiculously expensive. Further i was disappointed that in my premium room the coffee pads have not been reprovisioned during my stay. No need to answer that next time you will be countering these situations as there will be no next time. I appologize to the friendly staff as this is a critic only for the management.

From the moment we arrived at the Gran Meliá Hotel in Barcelona, the service was outstanding. I had a small issue with one of the appliances in my room. Caroline from Customer Relations personally came to my room to sort it out. She was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about our comfort. Shortly after, we received champagne and chocolates for my daughter’s birthday, a thoughtful and unexpected surprise. The next day, as promised, Caroline followed up, and when we got back to our room, there was a beautiful gift bag with birthday presents from the hotel. Every member of staff went above and beyond. A special thank you to David, who made sure we had food and drinks and even arranged a late checkout to make our departure stress-free. I travel several times a year, and I have never experienced such warmth and attentiveness from a hotel team. Thank you, Gran Meliá, for making our stay so special, we can’t wait to return!

Very nice resort. Seems to be a conference center but still caters very nicely to individuals. This allowed for a large verdant grounds area and an outdoor pool. Outdoor seating at breakfast was wonderful. Breakfast was well staffed and excellent selection at the buffet. The hotel casual restaurant food was quite good. Excellent front desk staff and service. Margalida was always so helpful, and with a smile. We were upgraded to a very nice suite and red level elevated service by the staff as well as a day long snack, drink and tapas service area. A ways away from the center of town but easy taxi access at the front of the hotel. Away from the buzz and a more pleasant surrounding.

Here a few days for a conference. Is broadly fine for a conference. Location is a little way from centre and with any level of bad traffic (when is it not?) can take a good 25/30 mins to get into town / marina area. Location is good for airport and should be straight forward. Some might like proximity of Camp Nou (about a km away and basically a building site atm) but as a non Fan, could care less 😂. Rooms are fine, if a little functional but have usual mod cons. Breakfast was fine, nice bar / terrace area. Gym is 18 miles away - well, it’s not but feels distant. You also have to walk past the terrace area which can be off putting. Overall ok, not sure I would stay here other than for a conference at the venue.
