Grand Hotel Central Barcelona

My friend and I came don’t stay here but we came here for some drinks and had an amazing time! Highly recommend the Cava and their cocktails. Charles took pictures for us and provided great service. I would come here again!!

Very welcoming check-in set the tone - everyone wanted to help, and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are very well-furnished, comfortable and quiet - ours had a lovely view out over the rooftops to the sea. At the top of the hotel is an infinity pool and a cocktail area - super at sunset. It's situated in the heart of the old town - the Gothic area - with fascinating alleys and sites all in easy walking distance. The restaurant attached to the hotel was one of the best we visited in Barcelona: top-quality food and superb friendly service. We can't recommend this place too highly

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hotel Central, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, perfectly located, and offers a wonderful blend of elegance and comfort. What made my stay especially memorable was the exceptional service at reception. Ignacio, the Reception Manager, and his assistant Pol are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my visit. Their attention to detail and willingness to help with any request made me feel truly valued as a guest. I was also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made my stay even more comfortable and special. It’s rare to find such a high level of personalized service, and Ignacio and Pol truly set the standard. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona — I will definitely be returning!
