Another excellent stay at the Grand
We stayed here for one night pre cruise . This hotel is lovely with very helpful, professional staff and tasty food. It is in a great central location, across the road from the cathedral. The roof top bar is fantastic and serves food, although you need to book, if you want to have dinner here as it is very popular . The rooms are well designed and well serviced . Lots of choice for breakfast We had issues with our pre arranged taxi transfer and the manager stayed with us outside the hotel assisting to resolve our problem .He was amazing We will definitely be be back to such a fantastic hotel

Great location and style
We loved the room design with plenty of luggage storage space and a separate shower and tub. The old school radio was a nice touch and allowed us to set the mood with local music. The walls are a little thin sound wise, but overall our stay was amazing. We would highland recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

A fantastic experience.
Great location with an outstanding staff and very well done rooms. We enjoyed the restaurant on the first floor as well as drinks and dinner on the rooftop. What we most appreciated, was they worked hard to find a room so we could check in early. Great experience and I would recommend this property to anyone.

Hit and Misses
I was hoping for stellar but the initial check-in snag set the stage. The reservation had been in place for a couple of months but when we arrived they indicated the reservation was for one only versus the four we booked. That took awhile to resolve. Then our room keys regularly stopped working at least once a day. The pool area was nice but it closed at 7:00 pm to make way for rooftop dining. Breakfast was great and served hot by very sweet staff. Bravo. The last issue came at check out where we were charged incorrectly by just shy of 300 euro. The attendant did fix it on there on Sep 11 but as of today that charge has not been corrected on my Hilton Amex. So, you tell me, how should I rate the stay?

Excellent Location
It’s in the heart of town with plenty places to eat and shop with all the museums. We also booked the breakfast included.
