H10 Casanova

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rating above is for H10 loyalty programme! I took the family to Spain for a couple of weeks, including a weekend in Barcelona. The hotel was recommended by a friend that works in the industry. I booked 4 rooms for around €3000 and I would recommend the hotel. This stay would have made a super start to the H10 loyalty programme and probably put me in the silver tier. Unfortunately, I applied to join the H10 programme 3 days after returning home. and then was advised that rule 6.2 states. "Points will not be awarded for stays completed prior to the date of registration in the programme, and no subsequent claim will be possible." I did write to H10 to ask if an exception could be made, due to being a new customer, and that the claim was submitted 3 days after leaving the hotel. we are planning another visit in the autumn. Same reply each time. Read rule 6.2 Having had a career in Sales and Marketing I found it strange that the lady I corresponded with rigidly applied a rule rather than applying goodwill. this was our first and last stay with H10 hotels.

Fabulous hotel. Great location. Staff were so friendly & efficient. Stayed there before & after our cruise. My friend had accidentally left her jacket in the room but it was there when we returned to the hotel 8 days later. Our number one Barcelona hotel. In fact my husband and I are staying there in 4 weeks time. Can't wait.

H10 Casanova was a joy from start to finish. The staff were genuinely personable and kind, and Javier delivered the best massage we've ever experienced, transformative in the gentlest way. The food was tasty, and the bar staff struck that perfect balance of welcoming and wonderfully efficient. A hotel that makes you feel cared for in all the small, important ways.

Wonderful hotel and excellent staff! Interesting lobby & spacious room. Love the chocolates on arrival! Highly recommend! Felt it was a good value.

Our second stay at H10 Casanova was absolutely wonderful, and once again the hotel exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to the entire team for such a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout our three-night stay. We especially appreciated all the help with our mobility scooter, which made everything so much easier for us. Your kindness and willingness to assist meant a lot. Our room was ready when we arrived, which was a lovely start to our stay. It was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and we were amazed by how soundproof the windows and balcony doors were. Despite being in the heart of Barcelona on the beautiful Gran Via, the room was wonderfully quiet, allowing us to enjoy a perfect night’s sleep. The breakfast was exceptional. Everything was fresh and delicious, but the ratatouille deserves a special mention—it was simply outstanding, one of the best we have ever tasted. The breakfast restaurant is bright and welcoming, making every morning a pleasure. We also loved the rooftop terrace with its small pool, which is perfect for cooling off after exploring Barcelona on a hot day. The bar service on the rooftop was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better, right in the centre of Barcelona on one of the city’s best avenues, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. Thank you again to everyone at H10 Casanova for making our stay so memorable. We are already looking forward to returning for a third visit!
