Friendly staff and Great smoothies make the day!
After arriving at our Airbnb that experienced what we thought was a recent electrical failure, which turned out to be an ongoing building-wide electrical outage since last Saturday. It is Wednesday at the time of writing. It left us stranded in an apartment with no heat and no elevator, posing a safety issue for our grandfather. The H10 Hotel staff shared their hospitality and let my family stay in the lobby while we were trying to organize our situation. Friendly staff and great smoothies I recommend

Amazing service beautiful lobby!
We ran into a big problem with our airbnb and the staff was gracious enough to allow us to stay in the lobby as we searched for alternate accommodations.

Amazing hotel and staff
So many hotels to choose from and so glad I picked this one. We was there to celebrate my sons 18th and all staff were so lovely and made it special with a lovely gesture, the hotel is spotless clean. We had breakfast which was lovely, there was plenty of choice. I had no trouble sleeping there were no noise and felt so safe here. This hotel is a must to stay in and I shall defiantly return. Thankyou so much for a lovely stay and A* to the staff.

perfect place in BCN
For us this hotel is on a perfect place: close to all our favorite gay places. Not only the location, but we also like the crew of the hotel: they are very helpful, friendly and very professional. The amenities of the hotel are more than enough with a very nice rooftop bar and a very comfortable lobby. The only remake we have is the breakfast buffet. For €22 per person we expected fresh orange juice and not from concentrate. The fried eggs were done good, but the bacon is not crispy and too greasy. Next time in Barcelona, we will book this hotel again, for sure!!

Unforgettable Service at the Rooftop Bar
had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel! The atmosphere was welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were truly outstanding. I would like to give a special thanks to my amazing host Jamie at the rooftop bar he made every visit up there a real pleasure with his friendly and professional service. A big thank you also to his fantastic colleagues who were just as kind and attentive. Highly recommended
