H10 Casanova

The H10 Casanova was a great place to stay. Rooms were clean and modern, hotel itself was nice and up to date. Hotel was quiet and safe, with small gym and rooftop bar. Close and central to everything.

As a family with children who travel very frequently, we can confidently say this hotel sets an exceptional standard. The level of professionalism demonstrated by the staff was truly outstanding, making us feel welcomed and cared for at every moment. The breakfasts were delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options that satisfied both adults and kids. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the entire team was incredibly friendly and attentive, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The location is perfect as well.

We stayed here for a girls trip really good central location. There is a roof top bar however this does close early - no bars open within hotel when returning from night out. Easy to get to taxis to and from ect

My last review about this hotel was in June 2025. Now we are back, because this hotel is perfectly located for gay people like us. Friendly staff, nice room and a great variety of amenities. BUT……….now we are back during winter and I cannot control the temperature of the room!! It is TOOO HOT! It’s difficult to sleep with this temperature. Opening the window is not possible because of the traffic in the street with too much noise. I don’t understand that the hotel of this standard has a dreadful climate control system for the room. I’m using the fan, but it is still too warm and I have the feeling that there is no ventilation at all!! My advise to people who want to stay in this hotel: do not come in winter!! That’s the reason that I cannot give more than 4.

We came for a family wedding and at the end of an evening found ourselves in the rooftop bar. The service from the team was excellent and Jamie was outstanding. It was a great place to come together, reflect on the days events and have some drinks.
