Reviews for H10 Casanova
No room climate control in winter
My last review about this hotel was in June 2025. Now we are back, because this hotel is perfectly located for gay people like us. Friendly staff, nice room and a great variety of amenities. BUT……….now we are back during winter and I cannot control the temperature of the room!! It is TOOO HOT! It’s difficult to sleep with this temperature. Opening the window is not possible because of the traffic in the street with too much noise. I don’t understand that the hotel of this standard has a dreadful climate control system for the room. I’m using the fan, but it is still too warm and I have the feeling that there is no ventilation at all!! My advise to people who want to stay in this hotel: do not come in winter!! That’s the reason that I cannot give more than 4.

H10, The rooftop bar and Jamie
We came for a family wedding and at the end of an evening found ourselves in the rooftop bar. The service from the team was excellent and Jamie was outstanding. It was a great place to come together, reflect on the days events and have some drinks.

Birthday Weekend
Stayed 2 nights with my adult son and daughter for my 63rd birthday. Our room had 3 single beds and although space was limited it was perfectly adequate and was clean and comfortable. We had the breakfast buffet which was very good. There was a varied choice and was good quality. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Awesome hotel.
Stayed for 1 night pre-cruise. Excellent location and H10 reputation attracted us to this hotel, on arrival we were overwhelmed by the welcome - the staff were friendly and helpful and their courtesy exceeded our expectations and more! Lovely hotel, beautiful clean comfortable rooms and very tastefully designed. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, a perfect stay!

Would recommend H10 Casanova
We had a lovely stay at H10 Casanova. The rooms were comfortable and spotless and the location was perfect for getting into Barcelona - walking distance to some of the main areas. Can recommend Jaime at the bar - service with a smile and he makes a good cocktail/G&T.
