H10 Casanova

Our second stay at H10 Casanova was absolutely wonderful, and once again the hotel exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to the entire team for such a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout our three-night stay. We especially appreciated all the help with our mobility scooter, which made everything so much easier for us. Your kindness and willingness to assist meant a lot. Our room was ready when we arrived, which was a lovely start to our stay. It was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and we were amazed by how soundproof the windows and balcony doors were. Despite being in the heart of Barcelona on the beautiful Gran Via, the room was wonderfully quiet, allowing us to enjoy a perfect night’s sleep. The breakfast was exceptional. Everything was fresh and delicious, but the ratatouille deserves a special mention—it was simply outstanding, one of the best we have ever tasted. The breakfast restaurant is bright and welcoming, making every morning a pleasure. We also loved the rooftop terrace with its small pool, which is perfect for cooling off after exploring Barcelona on a hot day. The bar service on the rooftop was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better, right in the centre of Barcelona on one of the city’s best avenues, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. Thank you again to everyone at H10 Casanova for making our stay so memorable. We are already looking forward to returning for a third visit!

Comfortable hotel in good location. Service was excellent, room good size and clean. We ate in one evening and the food was delicious.

Stayed for 2 nights and can’t understand why this hotel isn’t a 5star , it’s spotlessly clean and the staff are really welcoming, iv seen the reviews mentioning noise in the rooms but both rooms in our party had 2 sets of doors onto the outside balcony and they cut out all noise, not just a bit they totally eliminated road noise , had to be brave going out onto the balconies as we were on the 7th floor but you soon learn to trust them , rooms have powerful air conditioning and there’s also a ceiling fan plus a TV with international stations - drinks are a bit on the expensive side and the breakfast is around £21 for the buffet but the street bar diagonally opposite is lovely and really cheap , the day we arrived we had a look on the roof terrace with the pool and it’s a nice area if you can get a seat- if you go up the steps to it - it feels like your walking through the upstairs kitchen but it’s fine - has 2 floors underground for parking but didn’t need it as we arrived by ship , once again spotlessly clean and the staff are wonderful
