Well located hotel and some good restaurant staff but for me that where it ends. A corner room ,I found it very poorly designed with quite an uncomfortable bed, however, the bathroom was the main issue. I’m not sure if it was initially designed for disabled guests, the wash basin low, the toilet in an unusual position and the walk and shower had very low fittings, so much that I continually hit my head and I’m not excessively tall. The shower also sprayed water all over the bathroom floor, when I say all over I really mean it too. The room quite honestly wasn’t fit to stay and I wouldn’t have stayed more than 1 night. I found other issues with this hotel too, needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Unfortunately the deposit hasn’t been returned and the customer service is absurd. I’m based in a different continent and Hilton Customer services are saying I must deal directly with the hotel. I booked via the Hilton App, on my Hilton Account to stay at a Hilton Hotel yet they can’t help. This seems to be a recurring theme reading past reviews.

Paid an extortionate amount (£910 per night for 3 people) for an interconnecting room. Rooms ok but not plush. Cleaned everyday but not given fresh hand towels after day 1. No minibar. No room service after midnight (even with a weekend of all night festival going on right next to hotel). Vending machine in reception poorly stocked and coffee station broken. Pool area is a complete scam - paid £380 euros to secure a bed as can’t use pool at will. Did manage to access some beds on other days but saw multiple people waiting long periods to get beds. Drinks service on bar area by pool very slow 20+ mins to be served on 2 occasions). Serve at pool beds sporadic as depended where bed was situated as to whether they could see you frantically waving for attention. Was priced as a luxury hotel but very definitely wasn’t. Decor lovely but facilities and service lacking I’m afraid.

Do not pay a deposit, you will not get this back. £260 gone, apparently the money has been sent... two months later no refund. back and forth phone calls in Spanish, nightmare, don bother. attitude on the phone, average stay. pick another hotel.

We were very disappointed. We paid way too much. Apparently our room was supposed to have a coffee machine, but it didn’t. As a celiac, I was did not have many food options. The location is also disappointing as it’s a long way to get into the historic part of town. I will say the staff was very kind and nice.
